Where do we begin…my family loves everything about Micos. We live about 50 minutes away and when we go into Houston we’re mapping out how we can go to Micos on the way there or back. My 15yr old son has celebrated his last 3 birthdays at Micos. The staff is always friendly, the food always hits (get alllll the sauces), the location is nice and clean.

Having tried Nashville’s top Hot Chicken chains, I can confirm that Mico’s in H-town still does it better. 💯 The staff is kind and friendly— and on my last visit, Laiza threw in a sweet treat just out of kindness! This place is a staple, I will continue to be a loyal customer. ☺️

Mico's is already my favorite hot chicken spot. I don't know what Mico's did to this chicken today but they did the damn thang! These are the juiciest, most flavorful, delectable, succulent chicken tenders I ever had in my life. Compliments to the cook. My GAWD. I picked up a few orders for my job and everybody said the same thing. I don't know if we're gonna have the most productive day we've ever had from the joy we're experiencing, or if we're gonna be slumped from the itis of satiation. Either way, we accept our fate.
And before anybody thinks this is a made up review, you'll notice I did mark them down for service because they forgot my extra Mico's sauce in my order. But when the chicken is this juicy, I promise I didn't need it. This a real tearjerker experience.
Please promote whoever dropped this batch of chickeny goodness. Let me know when that person is on shift so I can always place an order. I'll request my extra sauce then : )
EDIT 7/9: Aight, so apparently I need to go for Moist Mico's Mondays. Went this past Monday and that chicken was once again exceptional. A tearjerker of satisfaction. Whoever is dropping chicken between 3 PM and 6 PM, your'e doing a great job

Hands-down the best hot chicken spot in Houston. I crave this food! Everything is made fresh, the portions are generous, and the flavor always hits. Whether you're getting the classic spicy sandwich stacked with pickles and slaw, the loaded chicken Caesar salad, or the waffles and tenders (my personal favorite comfort combo), it's always 🔥.

I'm sad to say the chicken sandwich at the new location has lost its spark. It was super greasy, and you could tell the oil was old (as seen in the picture). The seating area was also really dirty, soda machine was not working, and the unfinished restaurant setup left me unsure if it's supposed to be a sit-down place or fast pace restaurant. Additionally, there were no trash cans and service was slow. Unfortunately , my stomach started hurting afterward. Definitely not the same quality as before.

I am so disappointed! I’ve been eating at Miko’s since it was just a brand new food truck, to support a new business . Have talked to he business owner myself, while he was cooking my “Sam much”! right now (compared to the food truck quality- that chicken is not worth it anymore) nothing is left to the original flavor

2 for atmosphere bc they aren't done with construction. 1 for service because they don't have their Xhot sauce. 2 for food bc it should be called Mico's Sweet Chicken; there is so much sugar in their seasoning, it's pretty bad. Also it's just drenched in oil, like swimming in the box to where the top is crunchy and the bottom is soggy.

First time & last time here, saw all the good reviews so went to try it out. Don't understand how 2 chicken sandwiches w/ drinks came out to $50 + dollars, prices are outrageous & atmosphere is lame, we should had just gone to a real restaurant. Save your money! Thank me later.
