Store is unfortunately closed. So sad never got to try!

Heard this noodle shop is a chain originating from Guizhou, China. I always order the original beef noodle soup with pickled cucumbers and 老北京酸奶 (yogurt) when I come here. Beef is cooked just right, then noodles need to be eaten quickly otherwise they turn soggy. Broth is very flavorful due to lots of msg I presume.

SO. GOOD. criminally underrated noodle place!! everything was absolutely delicious and served enough for two in one bowl!! the place has a nice atmosphere and the server was quick and friendly, as always. definitely a favorite, comforting spot to eat some rich, broth noodles.

It surprised me very much that this restaurant is still in business. I am a Chinese living in China for a long time and moved in the US for a couple of years. I tasted the authentic flavor in China, and this restaurant offers nothing in common. In other words, it’s fake flavor. For me, it’s just a regular beef noodle, nothing else. Nothing to do with the brand. i think it violates the brand itself just like you are using McDonald’s but selling Japanese ramen. For the service, i went to the restaurant in the evening for dinner, it’s dark. The owner standing behind the counter didn’t greet me, just playing on her phone. I tipped but still didn’t get even regular water. I fed back my opinion on the rice noodle not so right, but the owner didn’t care and continue to play her phone.Such a restaurant, wrong flavor, poor service, or even worn and oily menu, how can it stay in the business? I would say people are tolerant about it because not much Chinese food in Houston. If it’s in China, this restaurant won’t survive for 3 months.

I had not came here to try since this restaurant opened, and I would like to give it a try today. I ordered a bowl of tomato and sliced beef with rice noodle. The food came out with few pieces of tomato, which I thought should be tomato broth. And the maximum of three or four slices of beef in the rice noodle soup. The rice noodle soup did not have any flavor. The table was sticky.Overall this restaurant was very disappointing. Not recommendedFood ?Environment?Service so so ?

The restaurant was quite when I came, the food is good. I wish they have more customers to support for the business

Ordered the beef with vermicelli medium spicy to go (ate it less than 5 minutes from ordering). There was an adequate quantity of meat, but everything else needs improvement. The noodles were a bit soft, the broth was not very flavorful and somewhat bland. The medium spicy could maaaaaybe called mild.

The first time I tried this store I fell in love with it! It's been two years, and I still eat it every week. I can say that their large intestines are very clean, and the meat is very flavorful. It's best to eat with other snacks! Highly recommend this store! And don't forget to drink yogurt at the end! ??

Some of the best noodles in Houston! This is a hearty bowl of noodles, very rich in flavor. My go to is the beef wit vermicelli.

This restaurant starts to scam customers by default tip at 15% without letting customer know. Yes even if you order a take out, they charge 15% tip without customer's acknowledgement. Please keep your receipt and match it against the credit card statement as the receipt does not show the tip amount but the tip will be reflected in the total on the credit card statement. It's a pity how business can run like this!

Authentic noodles. Got the beef flank and a huge fan of the deep umami flavors. This place is very underrated!!

Ordered 3 noodles to go, plus some side dishes. The soup were too salty... the tomato was missing ... and the beef seems stale

First time here, and after I order the cashier told me they raised the price for all the beef, lamp, but they don’t notice the price change on the menu and it’s little bit overpriced, other than that everything is good
