Cold cookies, no response from customer service via email. In store customer service was WAY too casual. Cookies seemed old, would rather eat Crumbl and that says a lot because Crumbl is no good.

The cookies were overcooked on the outside. The edges were dark brown on the verge of being charred. When I broke it in half, I saw why. They were still slightly undercooked. The cookies were definitely too thick to bake properly. The chocolate chips cookies were way too salty. I even let my friends try them, and they stated the salt was overpowering. $5 to $6 a piece is much too expensive for half a dozen cookies to end up in the trash because no one wanted to finish them.

My husband got me the gluten free chocolate chip cookies and they were AMAZING. Huge, crunchy on the outside, softer on the inside, & FILLED with chocolate chips which made every bite so delicious. Definitely hard to find delicious gluten free options, but these were so tasty!

Purchased cookies on 1/10/25 and the worker was unattractive and on her phone. When I purchased my cookies I was disappointed to find that the middle was uncooked 😟. The top and edges were so good but I feel I should have known better. Amazing size cookies but quality should never be sacrifice for quantity.
The best cookies I ever had. Soft, moist and huge. My favorite is the banana cream cookie. Their cookie is never to sweet and always tasty.

Found this little Gem on TikTok. All the cookies were delicious. We tried Chocolate chip, S’mores, Banana pudding. All were so good. Definitely a rich larger cookie so good for sharing. Cute ambience inside too.
