Exceptional ice cream with primarily unique flavors from around the world (15, with 1 or 2 vegan), great portions and value (2 large scoops for $8) and ample seating. My favorite shop in Texas, very strongly recommend.
We got multiple flavors and our favorites were the Yumcha (Chrysanthemum and Pandan ice cream), Rain or Shine (Earl grey with honey and lemon) and the vegan Ube. The flavors were spot on and ice cream was of perfect sweetness. They also got really good merch and I got a T-shirt.

One of my favorite ice cream places in Houston!! Some of my favorite flavors are cereal milk, the city that never sleeps, and thai tea.
I think that Milk and Sugar would greatly benefit from adding EV chargers to its parking lot. I know that local business Pangea Charging offers installation services. Tell them Hammad recommended!
Amazing ice cream!!! I had the PB Cookies and Cream. I know I’ll get some hate for this but, it’s better than Blue Bell! Yup!! I said it! My favorite ice cream place by far!
