One of my favorite ice cream places in Houston!! Some of my favorite flavors are cereal milk, the city that never sleeps, and thai tea.
I think that Milk and Sugar would greatly benefit from adding EV chargers to its parking lot. I know that local business Pangea Charging offers installation services. Tell them Hammad recommended!

They have some unique flavors that are fun to try but not a large amount of options. The ice cream tastes closer to a gelato consistency if you like that you’ll love this place! Cute and cozy inside
