Truly, some of the best espresso. With it being at the corner where I transfer buses, very convenient. Restriction of the restroom because I’m “not” a customer, has turned me away. Do you know how many people may need to use a restroom? The answer is: all people. Do you know how many customers you don’t have? At least, this one. Service was rated a three for forgetting the cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Atmosphere is a two because of the restroom restrictions. It isn’t the end of the world, I’m sure you have your reasons. And I have mine.

The café manager is very unpleasant and rude. Even when the café isn't busy, she asks customers to leave tables that are meant for at least two people. This shows a complete lack of courtesy and respect.

The restaurant owner enforces strict seating rules, reserving many tables for groups. Solo diners are directed to smaller tables, even when larger tables are unoccupied. The owner monitors activity via cameras and instructs staff to enforce these rules. Additionally, the owner limits dining time to two hours; on one occasion, he expressed displeasure when I stayed for three hours. Overall, the owner is not particularly approachable and has had disagreements with some customers.
