The owner’s rules are so extreme that they ruin the entire experience. You’re kicked out after two hours, and solo customers are banned from sitting at larger tables—even when the restaurant is completely empty. I’ve walked in, seen every big table vacant, and had to leave because of these unreasonable policies. The atmosphere feels controlling, unfriendly, and honestly not worth dealing with.

This place is number one, there’s nothing else to say. The lattes are perfect, employees get orders down pat, mobile app orders are fast and efficient and the breakfast food is good.

I ordered the #3 Chicken Brioche Combo. The standard order has tomatoes on it, mine didn't get any, just two soggy pieces of lettuce, 2 ounces of dried (literally edges were crusty)) chicken, no honey mustard. I want my money back. In today's economy I want my order to be accurate and worth the money I spend. Especially because I am only treating myself on occasion and this was a disappointing choice. There's no way to contact them directly, their website has errors. I called the store and no answer.

They look down on customers simply because they can't afford food, and they treat them based on their appearance and skin color, even though the staff don't speak English and have no respect for customers. They also manipulate the prices. The sticker price something in the system charge a different price

First time going to minuti and the young lady with glasses Marley recommended me a shakerato and it’s now my favorite, best service from her. I definitely will come back 10/10.
I come here almost everyday and today was by far the best service I’ve received. Marely was very attentive and very friendly. She is the best! Deserves a raise!

This time they mess it up completely. I’m not going over again. I need dedicated staff and they make full of customers so the story begins. I order 2 cup of coffee with foamed milk I made sure cashier tell the barista to get for milk. They speak Spanish. Among each other, but I don’t understand completely and I ask her did you say she would put foamed milk She say yes, she told her and I am standing all the time there she didn’t said a word about foamed milk to barista And once I get the coffee from the barista, I asked her to the second time do you put foamed milk in She replied, yes, and she didn’t even put a drop of foam in I was watching all time. She didn’t even heat up the milk. She just poured Leftover milk from the container so that show she didn’t care about what Service what experience you have and I always go there for my apple leaf No, no more business for this people and on top of that I didn’t want to use my points so I get charged and they use my points so I’m not going to go back and ask for a refund they can have it. This place sucks
