Food and drinks are good. I come here quite often. They tend to get things mixed up a lot. I actually only get what i order 1 out of 3 times. Unacceptable. Sometimes you just need to slow down and double check.. Label what you just made. I’m sure i’m not the only one that has encountered this issue.
ordered a large cappuccino with an espresso shot and got a cup that was only half filled. wonderful coffee, unacceptable service. you can clearly see in the attached photos how grossly inadequate this “giganti” was served to me. disappointed.
to the owners: please dust the overhead of your restaurant. kitchen mounted TV has like 2 years layer of dust. also wouldn't hurt to dust everything around. this is about health of your customers. thank you.
