I needed something quick to eat and stoped by to get a sandwich. Bought a turkey Baggette, added tomato, lettuce and pesto mayo. Got the Baggette with turkey and old lettuce. No tomato, no sauce and it wasn't warm. Didn't have time to go back or get anything else so had to eat some of it. Not a good experience even tho I have heard good comments about the place

I have no idea how this place not below 1 star I have been coming here for at least 2 month and hoping it will get better , drinks are horrible ,even the coffee tastes bad , food is nit that good Bathroom always no napkins or soap and i have told them 3 times about no napkins or soap and nothing has changed . I know a many people stop going there because of the same issues. I hope the owner of this place will read this because this place is sucks

The drinks are ok. Sometimes you have to specifically tell them to make certain drinks more blended and less icy and depending on who makes them, it could turn out a little different tasting. The sweets are great. My biggest complaint is the app. I earned enough points to get a free drink, but the stupid app reset and didn't give me any free drink. It shows in the loyalty program portion that I got 10% discount in the history, but since I didn't use the app to order my drinks, I never got 10% discount even though it says it. So basically I spent $100 just to get no free drink. If this app is glitchy, the company shouldn't be promoting it and giving customers false impression they will get rewards after 100 points. False advertising which could lead them in serious trouble. I will not be going back to any Minuti Coffee again.
