First of all, it's a bad sign when the restroom is completely out of hand soap. Why does a coffee shop have a sign up that says no loitering? Is it against policy for patrons to enjoy the patio and the seating for extended periods of time? When there's not a single customer anywhere to be found in the early evening, which should be the prime time, maybe it's the atmosphere. My drink was not good at all. I let the baristas know about the hand soap and they shrugged.

This is my first time visiting this location and the staff were so friendly! Especially James! He was so friendly and amazing! I got the hot chocolate which was soo good and the blended matcha. I would come back and I definitely recommend this location for amazing service, food and vibes.

The place is good. Will highly recommend. The music is too loud though. Hard to work with it.
Been coming here for a couple years, loved it up until recently when the owners let kids run the place. I think the owners used to be there a lot more keeping an eye but now feels like a bunch of lazy high school employees sitting on phones and in the booth with customers/friends. Embarrassing to walk in, not be greeted, have the guy get yelled at by the girl who’s chilling that there’s customers and gets off his phone to come over and when I ask how he is, he chuckles at the girl sitting in the booth, doesn’t reply and walks away. Lost customers from today. And we live right behind there. I would definitely work on staff. People who make you feel welcome and want your business. Not like you’re inconveniencing them by doing what they’re paid for. I own a business and would like to be told that I’m losing money because of my staff. Hope this helps and hope it’s worked on. Thanks kids for not supplying my coffee today. Starbucks it was.
