I like that the dessert isn't overly sweet. It's a nice balance of the chewy and soft texture. It's a very shareable treat because of the shape, making it a fun taste test for a group of family or friends. The place is clean and atmosphere was nice. We got ours to go though and did not stay.

Often crowded due to popularity and how good it is!

However, if you just want Mochinut, I recommend the location on 34th street - the donuts are made to order. This location, while good, has a lot of other options - great variety! - but because of this, the Mochinut flavors are limited and they are not always fresh.

Go here for people with varied tastes 🙂

Love coming here with my sister but unfortunately they have lost us as customers. The girl who took our order GAVE US A NASTY ATTITUDE when we simply asked for opinions on the menu. If you don’t want to be working and deliver exceptional customer service why are you there for? Or answer a simple question about the menu.also when we asked for the employee name they were acting all shady , please go to 2 hands much more better food and customer service 😌

Horrible service/assistance, waited over 30 minutes for a single hot dog while people who came in 5 minutes after us got their food already. Had to ask if our order was coming any time soon even showing the receipt and still yet to have got our order, a refund was asked for after being brushed off multiple times. The cashier continues to lie to our faces saying it will come out in 6 minutes, while yelling at her workers.

Today I was at this store and it was a great experience. I loved the desserts, but the service was the best thing about the staff. There was a long line, but they served everyone very quickly and with kindness. I will return and recommend them.

The food is great but not so much service the young lady seemed to rush us and spoke to us expecting to understand what she was referring to when it’s our first time driving 40 minutes to come very impatient and it ruined our experience after a long day

We came here for mochi donuts after dinner.

We got the Original, Matcha, Churro, and Cinnamon. I like the texture and what I expected for mochi donuts. The original was my favorite while others in the group liked the Matcha and Churro. Churro would be my second favorite.

My little one also got a Mozzarella dog, and she enjoyed it.

The restaurant is huge and has a lot of space to dine in.

These donuts are Amazing. The chewy texture is very unique...the flavor of the dough is really great and the different icing variations add great flavor to the already great product. The creme filled products are also very good, just a little too much for me. But my family would love them.

These truly used to be so good, this is the second attempt, these donuts are never as fresh as they used to be. The quality of products has declined, and it’s gotten so bad, I don’t want to come to this place anymore.

The ube milk tea didn’t even taste like ube and honestly wish I would had asked for a refund. The potato corndog was ok. Wasn’t worth the hype.
