Was stopping by china town and had to get one of those Korean dogs. But not before I spilled all the red cheetios on myself š¤¦š»āāļø Had to also try the taro mochi, it was yumz. Basically a fluffy glazed asian donut. The lychee drink was also yumz! š§

Came in this morning with my 8 year old niece with nobody behind us waiting in line. The girl up front wearing a black shirt was very inpatient and rude while we were making a decision on food , bc this was our first visit, please train your staff to be more polite and patient with everyone plus kids. Overall the food was great!

I would say, this is my first time trying mochinut. Itās chewy and smell good just a little too sweet for me. Will try again very soon

The sweet potato mozzarella corn dog was amazing!!!!
The mochi donut is really delicious! Very soft and light. Although I think it would be better if the icing is not as thin. The atmosphere is really great for a hangout too

The worker was racist, she didnāt smile, didnāt give warmth to me nor to my mom when we wanted to try them for the first time, then proceeded to smile and give a welcome to the next group of people after us who happened to not be of African American descent. We didnāt get anything and Iāve been dying to try this place for the longest but I donāt feel welcomed at all nor would I ever return to this location.

First and last time visiting this place. The mochinut was okay but the customer service sucks. It was not even busy when we came, 1-2 customer sitting and the cashier girls didnāt even greet us. They also seemed kinda annoyed when taking my order. It was my first time ordering something from this place so I asked them a few questions and discussed with my friend for a few minutes. They didnāt ask me if I need recommendations or not or do I have any questions. They even exchanged looks and giggled (?) when I was ordering. But what really irritates me is the fact that although there were many reviews about their terrible customer service, they still havenāt improved at all. Well, fish begins to stink at the head ?. P/s: Anyway, thank you if youāre patient enough to read my review. Of course, the āyouā here doesnāt include the manager/owner from this Mochinut place cause they never care about customersās reviews .
