If you are looking for a mid school lunch vibe, this is for you. I have passed by this place a few times the last few months while traveling. It looked so appealing online and I felt I needed to give it a try. Now that the urge has been satisfied, it will never happen again. I rolled up and looked for a seat. The main part of restaurant is a bar. If you are looking for a bit more space or want something more chill, do not come here. It is designed to be chaos. I took a seat at a dirty table. Appears to be only two people working here: the cook in the kitchen and the bar tender. If you are wanting counter service or a server, that is a major naw. You need to pull out your phone and do your order via your phone. Many older patrons were so confused because no one told them how it works. They were just standing here looking confused. Once the order gets in you just kind of wait. There's no system to let you know if is ready or where to go. I went to the bar to pick up my drink and the bartender told me he did not have what he needed to make the specialty drink on the menu. He asked if it was okay if I got the regular version of the drink and I told him as long as the price was equal that was fine. The regular mule is not the same as the Houston mule and he still gave me the regular for the higher price. The cook called my name from the window to pick up my food. Many people were gathered there confused and trying to get the order was chaos. Got the food and was beyond disappointed. The epitome of mid. Look at the pics. This is embarrassing. For this price point they should be ashamed. You will do better by sticking to the places right when you walk into the terminal. the quality is a bit better. This place here you can barely call subpar. Avoid. Do not waste your time, hard earned money and patience here. IAH ya'll have got to do better with quality and selections in your Terminal A venues. Truly lacking.

Waited 20min for burger, then another 10 min for avo they never put on it. I was really nice asking for it, guys in kitchen saw me wsiting but just didnt care. Had to leave to board plane eventually.

Waiting for my flight and having a beer at 10:00am ! I am loving it. I don’t drink this early, bit scared of flying lol. Very nice place in Terminal A. And finally the bartender who actually talks to the guests and takes their order. I don’t have to wait for the online order go through like in Terminal D. Thank you!I hope my future flights will allow me to come by.Definitely coming back.

Bar opened 20 min late then as soon as they opened bar tender forgot bank... but as soon as you get back open right... nope.... lol time for a break for 20 min for kitchen... oh and you can't order a drink until you have food. No worries I guess just a bad day for the employees....

Food is subpar and overpriced even for the airport. Pulled pork sandwich was literally the size of a basic McD’s burger (the one on the dollar menu), slaw is clearly made elsewhere/frozen/shipped/thawed/scooped from a plastic tub (tasteless). About half the menu wasn’t even available. Don’t worry, they still charge you like it’s gonna be a substantial meal with any sort of thought put into it. All that said, if you just need a pint, should be fine.

Small but friendly bar in A terminal (near A15). It's a Tito's bar but they have all liquors and 5 beers on draft. Friendly bartenders. Pretty expensive though -- single Tito's and sprite was $14. They have food but I only came for drinks.

Some of the Rudest people I have ever met. They ignore you and refuse to acknowledge your existence. The food takes forever to come out and when it does its small and looks like microwave frozen food from Costco. The food is over priced and not worth your money.
Its airport food. Really nothing smoking on the short menu that its not found anywhere else.Its an airport lounge, and ambiance is whatever but cozy.Service is why they get a 3 and not a 2.The lady who served me was the most pleasant person you could find. Two people were working, 1 the kitchen and one the counter, and it was sorta quick for that.Not much to say, but dont expect much from the small and cozy airport lounge. Only 2 beers on tap and the others were canned major brand ones. Very disappointing

I didn't check reviews when I sat down. I was looking for a seat that had an outlet to charge my phone and get a bite to eat. This place was pretty bad. The "brisket" sandwich was a joke. It's not a Texas style brisket - bad flavor. The bun was rubbery like it had been microwaved. The cole slaw had no flavor and the pickles were terrible bread and butter flavor not dill. Two seater table was super unstable... had to use napkins to stabilize... Maybe it's a good place to grab a drink at the bar... (which I didn't have alcohol) but save your money on the food. For $22 (plus tip) it was very disappointing.... But hey at least I got to charge my phone.

Well, it's 11:06, an employee is here but the place is not open. I went to the self service to get some water...the employee was 1 ft away from me but did not acknowledge me. A simple 'hi' would be nice. Wow, people waiting in line , but still not open. Bad service.

I was so hungry that I didn't read the reviews!!! Horrible just horrible. I paid $20 for this lil bit of brisket!!!! On top of it, it was burnt and hard. The Cole slaw is just disgusting. If I wasn't boarding at last minute I wld go get my refund. This is unacceptable!!!!
