Our HUGE church group came in today and the customer service was amazing! She apologized for the wait and gave us all free drinks to supplement the wait time! She personally walked the pizzas to you and I appreciated the positive attitude despite being swamped with orders :)
On September 26, 2024, I ordered a Dillon James and 2 No Name cakes for delivery to my home. I requested the pizza “as is” only adding oregano and salt and pepper. The pizza arrived cold with no cheese, minimal sauce, 2 tomatoes and an excessive amount of basil…The bare crust was exposed throughout the pizza. I ended up throwing the whole pizza away. I called (spoke to Zac) to file a complaint and haven’t heard anything or received a refund, as discussed.

This place is great! Customer service is excellent. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because the last two times I ordered they forgot to add pineapple to my friends order but added pineapple to my order.
