MOD Pizza

This location is FILTHY - the bathroom walls are dirty , the restaurant in general is very dirty , I came in at 11am on a Sunday morning and I was the only customer. Why isn't it clean ?

store manager hunter told employees that unlimited toppings are now limited… i asked for extra pepperoni and was told they can only put 6 on my mod pizza. so what part is unlimited

Me and my husband love this location , its been perfect since we moved here !! We always dine in its nice !!
They have outdoor seating too and it is shaded by their building so pretty 😍 and they have delicious sweet tea and lemonade its always cold you dont even need ice , we love this place cant wait to go back its so delicious and freshly baked and hot super yummy , I get full off 1 self pizza so yummy they have so many toppings its wonderful 😋 Staff never gives us problems such patient ppl because we do request a lot of toppings lol

The last 3 times I’ve been here they have gotten my order wrong. One time I had EXTRA pepperoni and got none, last time I had extra pepperoni and got about 8 total on my pizza, and this time they completely left off the sausage. 3 ingredients and you can’t get it right? Pathetic

The most disgusting restroom!

If I could give 0, I would. We have been to many MOD Pizzas and all great. This was by far the worst customer service and rudest people. Pizza. Andrew was the only nice person. Everyone else looks and treats you like you owe them thing and they hate their job. Unlimited pizza but could barely get them to put anything on it and more crust on the whole thing than toppings. Will never be back here again. So disappointing spending 12 dollars on this.

Pizza cook and other employee standing there flirting. 3 people in front of me waiting on one girl to do all the prep. 2 girls standing with dust pans.. finally walked out with no food and no service.stay away from this location!

Slowest location I’ve ever been to. Literally took 15 min to make 4 simple pizzas. (2 simple Kids meals) Not very sanitary either. Tables dirty. They place a silver number stand on TOP of the pizza you’re about to eat.. which is gross. Lady used her bare hands to slide the pizza in the box. Won’t be back to this location.

Of all the mid pizza I have visited this probably my worst experience. Long wait time and really dirty restroom.

Horrible wait time and no acknowledgment of customer. I waited over 45min to get my for 20 min just for my order to be taken they were more focused on online orders than all the customer in store.

Be careful going into this establishment, fraudulent activities on my card after leaving this place. I was there today and 5 minutes after I left I received a text of a receipt for $200 at a so called “MariesBesutyBar” I checked my bank account and to my surprise it showed 3 different transactions. The other 2 transaction were for one hundred plus in a O’reilly in Nashville TN and the other for a capital one. None of these transactions were done or authorized by me. I notified my bank and everything is under investigation. These fraudulent activities could have came from anywhere but is very suspicious that it happened right after I left this MOD. So just FYI beware going here.

When we walked in the door, we were greeted with, “welcome in;” however, though there was only one couple waiting for their food, and we were the only other customers in the whole restaurant, the girl behind the counter did not even acknowledge our presence. She worked in front of us on what we assumed were online orders, (with AirPods in her ears) and did not say anything to us for a full five minutes.
The food was delicious, though, and I discussed with the manager regarding the situation.

Terrible job tonight y'all. My girlfriend and I walked in about 845 and patiently waited by the pizza building station for a hello, a we will be right with you, or really any sort of a knowledgement. Instead while one of y'all was wiping down the station again ignoring us the other two of yall we could see were playing the awkward game of chicken to see who would come over and build a customers pizza. Not that it matters to you the employee, but it may to the regional manager that chic-fil-a sits just across the freeway a 2 min drive away where I'm greeted with a smile every time and prompt service, just as they did tonight after we walked out of mods.

Delicious pizza. Fresh ingredients. Very nice people. Im hooked on this pizza.

Disappointed in Caesar Salad had some heat to it
