Something is different and not for the better in my opinion. Specifically the mozzarella cheese. I don’t know if this specific restaurant or if Mod pizza as a corporation changed the cheese. But please change it back to what it was. The cheese sucks. Can’t say I will go back after this experience.

I ordered a pizza and when I got there after they said it would be ready and then still had to wait 15 minutes then after getting it and going home not only was it all wrong and it was not my pizza but I’m extra peeved at the fact I paid extra for cauliflower and I can’t eat the regular pizza bread wanted to go back but they had already closed.

last night my family went to mod pizza to eat ,the waiting a long time just to get our pizza's we notice that the toppings haven't been change they put new one on top of the old toppings we didn't think nothing about it so we ate our pizza they look good but 20 min past my son come up saying his belly hurt, i talk to my boyfriend he even says his hurt too then my start hurt too i start vomiting we got food poison.never again going to that place they don't deserving a star's!!!!!!!!?????

My wife and I came to get two pizzas and a cheesy garlic bread to go. Little did we know that we would have to prepare ourselves for a 1 hour wait time for TO GO pizza and cheesy garlic bread. Mod Pizza SUPERFAST is NOT fast at all… the food ingredients are great for the pizza and would taste great if it was cooked to a hot enough temperature. Would not recommend this location to pick up pizza from. There is little speed from the staff here to get orders out when the lines are to the door.

My pizza was under cooked. It was a fundraiser and of course it was packed and a bit noisy. Manager yelled to keep the noise down. Really??? My receipt does not show that I got credit for the fundraiser after cashier said she did not need to see coupon. Is this correct? They weren't ready for the amount of customers that showed up. My friend who was in line when we left an hour ago and is still in line to place an order. She said they have been yelled at a couple times since we left. Get a grip Mod, you have a room full of families and you want quiet. Really??? You should appreciate the noise, it means $$$ in the register.

Frank and the team are amazing. I love coming here with my family to this specific location because of the friendly atmosphere. The team is always greeting us with smiles and friendly cheers. I am a very indecisive about what to order, because of this I’m always fearful of holding anyone up but Frank and the team are very patient and never make me feel like a bother. If you want to feel like a old friend and enjoy a great pizza stop on by. Please make sure to tell Frank hi. He’s the tall guy that is very energetic even after he’s been here for 8 hours. I love MOD their pizzas are always a go to dinner. Josh showed a lot of love today they made an extra pizza by accident and still gave it to me.
I'm honestly not the one to always write a review and forget when I wish I should've but THISSSS RIGHT HERE WAS A MUST!!!!!!! Hands down!! The crew was amazing and extremely hands on and caring! I've never been in an establishment to where my needs, wants and concerns mattered the Most!! All the staff on 7/28/2023 right before 11 o'clock PM deserve an honor!! To the manager on site or what the position she genuinely cared (honestly cannot remember her name) but the staff was AMAZING to say the least!!! Will definitely be coming back! Please rely this to every party involved!i I will surely make it know to where all parties involved truly made a difference! Bless you all!

Ordered curbside. I had to go in. Only two people working who did not acknowledge that customers were entering. No one at the counter. I found my food sitting by the register, grabbed it and then walked out without a word spoken by the staff.

Poor customer service, most workers are busy but it is clear management does not have a assigned process for employees workflow. Order was placed online and was not ready in 15min. it took over an hour. The female Manger was too busy conversing with friends sitting in the restaurant who were not customers. Waited over an hour and watch customer walk in and place their orders and walk right out. Order was made wrong as explained to the manager while showing the order receipt, yet manger was argumentative. Manger had to told twice after asking to remake my order as requested. Completely unacceptable based on my past experience with this location.

So my family wanted there fav place and we stopped at this location and I went first started the order and when I got to the cheese the manager at that was trying to refuse extra cheese and was trying to argue with me when I said it was unlimited toppings so I cancelled and went to the location we normally go to in the heights of Taylor better environment services and more welcoming
