I had such an incredible experience at MOD Pizza thanks to Roshima. As an ER nurse, my days can be unpredictable. I had ordered a pizza but ended up being delayed by two very critical patients and showed up nearly two hours late to pick it up. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly, feeling pretty defeated.
When I explained the situation to Roshima, she didn’t just rewarm the pizza — she remade it fresh for me, and even offered me a drink on the house. She showed such genuine compassion and understanding, and in that moment, her kindness meant more than she probably realized.
That small act of going above and beyond didn’t just save my lunch — it lifted my spirits after a rough shift. Roshima turned me into a customer for life. Thank you for recognizing humanity behind the uniform. 💙

We are in Houston, where my husband is undergoing tests at MD Anderson. The first time we ordered MOD pizza, it was great, and we fell in love with their no-name cakes! Six months later, when we came back for tests, the cakes were not delivered. Now…6 months later…once again, no cakes. Even after we told the person taking the order, to please make sure the cakes were in the order. When calling to complain, we were told they couldn’t deliver them…and couldn’t we come and get them. Ummm no. We flew in, no car, and not paying for an uber to come get them. In my opinion…y’all should deliver the cakes. We do not have a MOD in Missouri…so this is a once every six month treat.
Won’t be ordering again…shame on you.

Online ordering lies about the ready pick-up time. I came in, and my order was going in the oven at the ready pick-up time for 1:28 pm. Considering i placed the order 15 min before walked over and still had to wait. Only get an half hour for lunch and I spent most of it waiting for my order. (Side note doesn't look like extra pineapples)

I love coming here for my lunch break. Its always a pleasant experience. You can expect it to be busy just about any day of the week, especially around the times of 11-7pm. Its most definitely a great place to kick back, eat and refocus. I highly recommend trying mod pizza in the medical center, especially if you’ve never been. 10/10
