Online ordering lies about the ready pick-up time. I came in, and my order was going in the oven at the ready pick-up time for 1:28 pm. Considering i placed the order 15 min before walked over and still had to wait. Only get an half hour for lunch and I spent most of it waiting for my order. (Side note doesn't look like extra pineapples)

I love coming here for my lunch break. Its always a pleasant experience. You can expect it to be busy just about any day of the week, especially around the times of 11-7pm. Its most definitely a great place to kick back, eat and refocus. I highly recommend trying mod pizza in the medical center, especially if you’ve never been. 10/10

I was wondering if the oven was too too hot!! While I was excited that roasted broccoli was back, I didn't want it cinged. I've never had crust burned like this, but the middle was decent. **Update- I wemt back, and they did me right!! Crust was not burned, pizza excellent. I have faith again!! ?

I was waiting to order here today, when an unhoused man came in. He asked another customer for some money, the customer gave him some, and he turned around and left the store. The employees called the manager who called security, even though the man was not disruptive and left the store. Security chased this man out onto the sidewalk and tased him, unprovoked. Horrifying behavior, and cruel. I will never eat here again, and I wish I had the resources to help the man who was attacked press battery charges. Disgusting, horrible way to treat a fellow human being, and I will be complaining to corporate.
Omg, I asked for salt and pepper in my pizza and the cashier POURED it all over my pizza and ruined it!!! Do not eat here!!! I had to throw it away!!!

Made my own mini pizza and do not regret how small it was because my coworkers pushed it having the MOD size pizza. Oh, and the strawberry lemonade ding-dong cake was very delicious!

Vegetarian options: I would give negative stars if I could. This place is RACIST as hell. The staff, especially the African American people, are the worst. Someone called “Mo” doesn’t deserve to work here. Needs counseling or talking to. I was here with my immigrant parents and was helping them order pizza. Apparently that wasn’t okay with the staff. The line was adding up and there a perfectly idle employee that could have helped them as well. But no, me and my parents were made to feel bad about the line. I was asked to collect my receipts my self and also open my own soda bottle. She literally just tossed the opener to me. And when I asked her to do it for me, she had attitude. Plus no thank you for me at all. She was saying it to every other customer. But me. Only thing different about me is my race. I am Indian. No other customer was. Put two and two together now. For a person of color herself, MO was racist as f***. Not reasonable.
