Got Racially profiled. My wife and I were visiting to the USA from India. So we decided to get some Pizza and the waitress took the order from the locals (Not going to specify their skin colour) even though they were behind us. We noticed that our Pizza wasn't even round when the three pizzas before us were perfectly round. And they even groaned at us for ordering Garlic Bread. If y'all visiting from another country, DO NOT go to this place. Or even if you do, get ready to be profiled.

Went tonight and the gentleman younger heavy set, was SO incredibly rude. I said âhelloâ, he didnât acknowledge me or even look at me. My husband wanted to change his crust at the start and the guy looked at him so pissed off and didnât do it. It was extremely inconvenient for him to add ingredients to the pizza. Just looked at you like he could care less. Barely mumbled a word and had so much hate in his eyes. I have never in my life met someone so miserable. Made us extremely uncomfortable it was all we could talk about. The older gentleman at check out was the only friendly face there. Multiple chairs out front are broken and canât sit in them. Will never return to this location.

I had the worst experience at this MOD Pizza location. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I spent over $50, hoping to enjoy a decent meal while my loved one is in the hospital nearby, but the experience was completely disappointing. The staffâs attitude and lack of care made an already stressful day even worse. Management seriously needs to recheck their staff and improve how customers are treated.

Slower than your grandma getting out of bed. Took 40 min to get a pizza with 3 people in line. Need to focus on getting the customers out of the store before online orders. Absolutely ridiculous better off going somewhere else. Waste of time and money!

One of the best pizzas Iâve ever had is from MOD Pizza! đ The crust is perfectly crispy, and the ingredients are so fresh and flavorful đ The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
The whole team was awesome & helpful!! When I return to Houston I will be revisiting the store. The food was amazing & we created our own pizza & watched them cook it. That was really cool!! Can't wait to go back. They took our minds off our dad who was in surgery at MD Anderson getting his kidney removed due to cancer. 1000% rating.

This Mod Pizza is literally the best location I have experienced. The customer service was absolutely amazing and my family hadnât smiled all day due to having a family member in the hospital and this location made us all smile big for the first time today! KJ, the manager is very warming, and positive and friendly, along with all of the other staff that was there this evening! This environment meant so much and We will definitely be back! â„ïž
