I love the pizza and Caesar salad here! Create your own regular crust pizza and the Mad Dog are my favorite! I love how you can add sauce toppings and whatever extra toppings you like to even specialty pizzas and even the salads!

Terrible service. A man named John assisted me and did not provide the drink cups properly at the time of payment. I was accompanied by my children, and his attitude was very uncomfortable; in addition, he kept looking at one of my children in a way that I perceived as racist, which I did not like at all.
I do not recommend coming to this place due to the treatment received. It is unfortunate, because this type of behavior affects the name and image of what should be a good company.

For unlimited toppings i would expect not to be so stingy on the peperoni when i only asked for 2 toppings. I guess i could have said add more..... but i did watch her make my pizza like it was subway. She did ask if i wanted to try some of the other ingredients. But she did mesure the cheese before adding it to my pizza. I did want a thinner crust and she stuck it under the press a 2nd time for me. Im thinking that looks thin on cheese you missed some spots. Its good though!! Hot n fresh!

I usually LOVE MOD Pizza, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The guy at the front had an attitude like he didn’t even want to be at work… fine, I tried to overlook it. We waited patiently, asked for our sauce, and they assumed we wanted it in a cup — okay, that got corrected.
But then when they were finishing my pizza, they put the wrong drizzle on it. The girl, Georgia, literally just threw it on without even confirming, then said “oops, sorry.” I told her I don’t like spicy food, and instead of remaking my pizza, she told me, “Just add another sauce and it’ll cancel it out.”
Spoiler: it didn’t.
I ended up with a pizza so spicy I could barely eat it, and no one wanted to actually fix the mistake. I asked for a manager, and while she did give me coupons for free pizzas, that doesn’t change the fact that I basically paid for something I couldn’t even eat.
Extremely disappointing experience — especially from a place I normally enjoy. MOD needs to do better.
My husband and I are huge fans of mod pizza and for the most part all of the locations we’ve been to have been amazing… fast and great service, attentive and quick, you’re basically in and out with delicious good quality food!
I don’t know what’s going on with this location… the employees are slow, not attentive and deliver poor service and just don’t know how to put together a pizza.
Management needs to take a look at the people they hire here and retrain.

The guy helping us was PERFECT. He made us perfect pizzas, because he actually put effort into it to make us good pizzas.
