IF YOU LIKE YOUR CRUST CRISPY....This is NOT the place. I had been craving MOD pizza for about a week & when I finally got it, I was disappointed. The female cooking the pizzas pulled my pizza out of the oven & the edges were still light. She placed it in the to-go box & when I told her I wanted it cooked longer, she immediately said no. Once they cut it, they can't put it back in the oven. I didn't mind but it was the way she said it. Nevertheless, this was my first & last visit to this location & that employee needs a customer service class!

Wasn’t greeted when we walked in. Waited for 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The woman working asked us what we wanted, we told her two mod pizzas, she started making a salad for an online order so we left. No one acknowledged us as we left either. We went to the MOD on Katy Frwy and were immediately greeted. We won’t return to this location

Disgusting, overpriced and not clean!!! They gave me food poisoning I’ve been sick for a whole week!! Never eating here again and if you don’t want to end up vomiting, nausea, chills and diarrhea for 7 days I suggest you don’t either.

Ordered delivery a coupla months ago, pizza & salad. Good. Ordered again, not so good. Tried one more time, and it will be the last time. Pizza arrives stone cold. Salad that I paid 10 bucks for had maybe 1/4 cup of lettuce, smattering of toppings. For $10? No thanks. I paid way too much for this inconsistent quality and value. Good luck y'all rolling the dice on ordering from here.

I love mod pizza but sometimes it's a hit or miss. No greeting when I walked in. 1 person on the line during lunch time, only 2 people ahead of me and it took 8 minutes to get to me. Guy who made my pizza was good, he seemed friendly. Ordered a mini, I guess it cost $11 (bit much for it being small with fewer toppings). The guy who rung me up didn't ask me to scan, by the time I got my barcode ready he had walked away, someone else walked up a minute later and I asked to scan. The tables were dirty, I cleaned mine as best as I could but was still sticky. Probably won't come back to this one but I do know some other mods I will visit.
Parking: It's a shared parking lot so it's a bit hard during lunch time

Pizza is amazing but they have a problem with order times. I ordered my pie and had to 40 minutes from the time the website would be ready before I got it. I'll keep coming here but I now know better than to trust the estimated time to pick up.
I went here to order a mini salad. The 1st time I ordered the salad I paid $5 and some change. This time I was charged $9 and some change for the same salad I ordered 2 weeks ago. The employee who was very pleasant said Mod changed ownership. A mini salad??? I could’ve gone to Cava and got a salad for a $1 more for a LARGE salad and get 2-3 servings. I will never order a salad at Mod again.

We stopped here after my son's baseball game. My husband & I both ordered 1 MOD pizza each. It's an 11 inch and was filling. My teenager, on the other hand, seems to have a bottomless pit for a stomach, lol, so he ordered 2 - 11 inch MOD pizzas. For it being a weekend, the line moved quickly. Food didn't take too long either. Employees were friendly. Plenty of parking. This is the 3rd MOD pizza location we've visited. We've been to one in the Woodlands and one on Louetta. So far, good food + good service seem to be present at all locations. I don't think you can go wrong with having MOD pizza ?.
