While out Christmas shopping with my fiancé we decide to stop in MOD PIZZA for a quick lunch date. Upon immediate arrival AMBER greeted us with such happiness. I’m already a fan of the restaurant, but the way AMBER took delight in perfecting our customized “Mad Dog pizza” was phenomenal!!! All toppings were perfectly placed and the pizza was cooked to perfection with a nice crisp crust and fresh hot toppings. When I say it’s a must to stop by this location and give them a try, I can guarantee, you won’t be disappointed!! AMBER really showed out and I had to give credit where and when it’s due😍🤤.

Whoever made my salad tonight (12/18/25) really pissed me off! I placed an order via Uber Eats. I got the unlimited toppings salad, entree size. The meats that I ordered were spicy chicken sausage, grilled chicken and pepperoni. I did NOT receive any of that on my salad. I also asked for diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese. I didn’t receive that either. If you did not have it available at the time, the least you could’ve did was let the Uber Eats driver know so they can contact me to let me know. Complete waste of money. I didn’t pay for JUST lettuce, dressing and croutons!!! Smdh!!!

Last night I placed an online order since I didn’t want to wait too long for my order. When I arrived, the workers barely began working on my order so I had to wait an additional 20mins for order. Their excuse was they were behind with online orders, there was only 4 only orders and 3 workers AND it wasn’t even busy. When the male worker started on my order, he kept on touching his pockets and phone at the same time he was making my order…that’s disgusting. To top it off, my pizza didn’t have much toppings and the workers didn’t even bother adding ranch dressing to my salad. This location seriously went downhill compared to when it opened in 2022.

Loved the sit-down and relaxed atmosphere. My kids enjoyed ordering their personal halfs of their pizza. The server suggested they can order their own halves and it was perfect for them both. Thank you

We were craving pizza last night. My wife and I each ordered one. Took it to go. This was around 8-8:30pm. We both ate about 3 pieces of our pizza each. We put the leftovers in the fridge. Today when i grabbed a piece from my left overs, there was a very crispy roach on that piece!!!!! GROSS!!! We will never visit this location again! After throwing up, i went to the fridge and threw away the other pieces!! I just hope there were no other roaches on the pieces we ate last night!! Those people don't care about food safety!! The Health Dept needs to go and do a thorough inspection of this place!! I did not want to post a picture of the roach on the pizza. It was very gross!!

Slower than usual but who can complain when the mega salad is unlimited toppings plus the Caesar dressing actually tastes like it's supposed to with the anchovies taste. Usually eat it for dinner plus have it for lunch the next day too
The ladies were very friendly and understanding of my crazy order. The pizza came out absolutely perfect. Crazy thing is I was door dashing and they were so kind and everything looked so good, I ended up returning to get my own.

I ordered two chicken ceasar salads today. My mod ceasar salad is missing Asiago & Parmasan cheese. The mini salad had everything mixed in. I asked the female employee while she was putting it together if the other male employee put cheese in it she said he did. Had i known he didn't i wouldn't have tipped at the register.

The pizza was cooked too long. They did not have any Alfredo sauce so I had to completely change pizza I wanted to something else. This pizza place used to be good but it has really went down. I was nkt pleased with my pizza at all. Hard as the box ot came in.
