The guy building the pizzas was great, could tell he was tired but he was nice and started a conversation , but the dude putting them in the over was very rude and disrespectful for no reason. I went in with my bf and my babygirl around 9:45pm and he was mumbling stuff under his breath to my bf from the start. Once we got our TWO pizzas I went and asked for cheese and pepper for them and he gave me one packet of each after complaining I didn’t specify if I wanted red or black pepper so I asked if I could get more since he had just handed us two pizzas and then he started complaining and being rude saying I needed to learn to be specific. Didn’t get his name just know he had curly hair with a hat. Never experienced someone so disrespectful at Mods 👎

Today I had a disappointing and unpleasant experience at Mood Pizza. One of the employees, who was visibly sweating and appeared uncomfortable, was preparing my food without proper hygiene practices. He kept wiping his forehead while making two takeout pizzas clearly bothered by the situation himself and it made me question the cleanliness standards in the kitchen. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my pizza, which was absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, there was an issue with getting the ingredients I had specifically requested, and the staff didn’t seem attentive or organized. Honestly, this entire experience left a bad taste both literally and figuratively. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management takes hygiene, customer service, and staff training more seriously going forward.

If you’re unhappy with your job or find certain customers frustrating, it might be worth reflecting on how that comes across. A little courtesy and professionalism can go a long way.

The man who was cooking the pizza and checked me out was incredibly rude, rolled his eyes and had so much attitude like he didn’t want to be at work. This was my worst experience at a mod so far solely based on the service I received. I dreaded having to ask for additional sauce, but the container he gave me was not even halfway full. When I asked for more sauce, he looked at me as if I was a burden.

You can't go wrong when eating here. You select everything you want on your pizza, and it's prepared in front of you. Food is made quickly. The restaurant is always freezing, though. That's not a bad thing in Texas. Lol

It was my first time visiting MOD Pizza. The pizza was quite tasty, but unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly when taking our order — it made me want to walk out. Thankfully, the dining area was spacious and comfortable, so we were still able to enjoy our meal with the kids.
