Very bad service as of late. Staff is very understaffed and rude. Everytime I order pick up the time they say the pizza is ready is the time they put it in the oven. I work in the area and rush here and always have to wait an additional 15 minutes. Unfortunately this is not going to work for me any longer and I have to stop coming here,

I recently visited Mod Pizza, and it was a terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear cleanliness was not a priority. Flies were everywhere—hovering around the pizza preparation area and tables, which was incredibly off-putting.
The drink station was a sticky, disorganized mess, with spilled soda and lids scattered around. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in hours, if not longer. To top it all off, the bathroom was filthy and smelled horrible. It was clear that basic hygiene and maintenance were completely overlooked.
I won’t be coming back. If cleanliness and a decent dining environment matter to you, I’d recommend steering clear of this location.

MOD pizza rocks. Pies any way you like it and they absolutely mean it. Want only pineapples and jalepenos with Alfredo sauce? No problem. Want all meats and no cheese with extra sauce? Okie dokie
They make it however you want and do NOT try to limit your imagination. I've been here many times and have not been disappointed.
Service is quick and they are very nice.

I regularly eat at this MOD's Pizza, and I have never encountered such contempt and rudeness from anyone before, including the young woman who prepared my pizza. She was quite pleasant. She was quite polite, however the man who was making the pizza gave off the impression that I was bothering him. I think it's ridiculous that he slammed the freezer and squirted the sauce all over the box after I appeared to have irritated or disturbed him by asking whether I wanted any sauce on my pizza. That was really unprofessional; I'm not sure what I did to annoy him.
