wish i could give the service a 0. The woman helping us today was very slow, i was not expecting the flash, but i was bothered by how long this woman took to put together my pizzas. Nothing was spread evenly on the pizza. While i was paying, the same woman was being completely unprofessional tapping her nails and rolling her eyes while her manager was telling her something. No sense of hospitality. The water from the drink machine tastes like dirty salt water, so disgusting.

Literally the worst mod I have ever been too. One lady in specific with a nose ring and long nails took a very long time making my pizza very slowly, not only that but she didn’t even use that slowness to make it neat, instead plopping clumps on my pizza and lazily spreading it which resulted in unsightly clumps on my pizza. Furthermore when checking us out she had absolutely no class and was tapping her nails in a rude and uninviting manner while pouting complaining to her coworker about how she was”tryna go home”. The service was unacceptable to be brutally honest, coming from someone that never leaves reviews I was appalled. Lastly for some reason the water tasted salty and my girlfriend confirmed it wasn’t just me:(

I ordered a build your own pizza . I asked for a total of 8 toppings. Why did I open my box and it was only cheese and pepperoni?? How do you mess up on a pizza that you have instructions for? Aside from that , I tried calling and asked to speak w the manager and they hung up on my face. Really upsetting

Had to tell the cook about using her nasty hands on my food . She went for the cash register to putting pizza in and out of the oven. Use her hands . Totally nasty. Told her twice . I just threw my pizza away. That pizza places have issues.

Once my driver arrived at the restaurant, the staff refused to replace my order and MOD pizza refused to issue a refund. THIS PLACE IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Really outgoing atmosphere and they give you great attention and attitude, food is great and Jasmine and Ace were great help. My bf and I like coming here because of the workers they are amazing.
