“I recently visited this place and unfortunately had a bad experience with one of the employees. I arrived shortly before closing, and although the place was still open, this employee rudely refused to serve me. Fortunately, another staff member was very polite and helped me.
Later, when I tried to come back in just to refill my drink, the same employee blocked my access to the drink machine even though the place was still open. This shows a complete lack of courtesy and customer service from that person.
I do not recommend this place if you are looking for friendly and consistent service. Hopefully, they improve their attention and staff training.”

This was a horrid experience. They burned like 4 pizzas in front of me before I got mine. Only asked one person if they wanted it remade. Acted like it was someone else’s fault. Everyone seemed to angry being there. My pizza and cheese bread of course was burnt to an absolute crisp. They quickly placed it in the box as if trying to hide it from me. I would definitely go to any other mod pizza. This one’s quality is garbage

Every single order they make wrong, they gave pizza sauce instead of salad dressing, salads are always missing ingredients in the order, pizza is burnt.... This place use to be good until they changed their staff to a bunch of people who don't pay attention to what they are doing

Regularly plagued by poor management and workers who are way too slow to be working in the service industry. I know not to come here during peak business hours now. Prepare to be rage-baited while watching the workers place 1 slice of pepperoni per minute. And only one of them is actually helping the customers. The other one is blissfully off in another world doing online orders. Yet neither one of them works with any urgency. It could all be fixed by firing the slow workers who don't give a damn, and hiring new employees and training them to work at an appropriate pace for the job. Then monitor their work to see that they aren't slacking during peak business hours. Every time I come here I'm like bruh, I make food faster at home. Where did they get these guys from, the DMV?! I swear they have some kinda hiring track straight outta the DMV ranks. make sure to take a ticket before taking a seat! ITS GONNA BE A WHILE LOL. The workers would rather expend as little energy as possible than do the job they signed up for. This is why they want to replace us with AI and tesla-bots. Because of workers like the ones at this Mod pizza! lol.

Build your own pizza with unlimited toppings for $11. Loaded mine up with all the meats, spinach, whole garlic cloves, oregano, rosemary, black olives, mushrooms and extra sauce. I thought I'd get some pushback, but nary a word was said. I have to admit...this Frankenstein creation was delicious.
I also ordered a salad for $6 with a pizza purchase. It was a full tin of spinach, tomatoes and cucumbers. I'm not a fan of their vinaigrette, but it was crisp and delicious. I took half the pizza and salad back to the hotel and had a late-night snack.
The store was clean, the employees were nice and the manager had great pizza management under that 750 deg pizza over. No burnt spots on the pizza, cooked thru and piping hot. Hats off to her pizza spinning skills. This is a must try restaurant.

I have been coming to this mods for multiple years now, they’re always efficient and delicious. Their customer service is also highly rated from me. During dinner times it does get stopped up a bit but you can’t help that with the way the restaurant is designed. The prices are pretty fair and actual cheap given what you get. The concept of building your own pizza with unlimited toppings is a cut above the rest, along with the flavors you can create. Their dough is soft and fluffy, not overdone, and they cook it in an actual brick oven. This definitely makes it worth it over many, MANY other pizza places.
