I would like to share my experience regarding William's exceptional customer service. From the moment I entered the establishment, he welcomed me with an infectious enthusiasm that truly brightened my day. To my surprise, he even presented me with a complimentary small pizza, which was a delightful gesture that I greatly appreciated. It is essential to retain William as part of the team, as he is a remarkable asset to the company. His performance was nothing short of extraordinary, and I was thoroughly impressed by his dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience.

If we could give 0 star we would do that with no doubt ..we came to celebrate one amazing event here but we are unhappy with the service and price ..first of all, the guy with medical glass was rude and not willing to greet us .he was such an annoying guy that made us feel uncomfortable at the very first step ..he was the one who prepared 3 mini pizza for us ( 2 tartisan and 1 caspian).. I’m not sure the spelling of the pizzas are correct but anyways he himself didn’t know the recipe and didn’t put all items in both pizza types ..second we ordered a mega size Greek salad which was not fresh ..most of the lettuce was rotten so God bless us if we couldn’t finish writing this review so we will continue from emergency room though 😅.anyways the fountain drinks were expired but the lovely guy who checked us out gave us the choice to get our drinks from their cooler .. but they made a mistake about the size of pizzas becoz when we checked the price , it was wrongly chosen the bigger sizes but we didn’t say anything as we were hungry.plus we considered it as an extra tip which that glassy guy didn’t deserve it ..the Spanish guy did a great service so please give our tip to him but we will never return back ..👎🏻

Came here on Sunday night, there were not busy at all, the staff (an Asian guy) just looked at me for a second didn't even say hi or talk to me, I was standing there and wait for him to finish his job (he was making order) 3 to 5 min later, still no one talk to me, so I asked if there’s anyone that can take order for me, he then reply that he’s making other people order. That’s all, no apologies. I don’t feel welcomed so I left right after.
