The staff treats you badly, very bad service, the manager simply sits at the computer and is not aware of her store, young boys underpaid and speaking badly to adults, definitely the worst mod pizza location in all of Houston, I would never go again!

I’m a pizza lover, and I’d recommend this MOD to anyone! My pizza Artist did a phenomenal job creating my pizza! The restaurant was very clean, which gets a HUGE plus from me as well!

Their pizza chef who baked the small pizzas for my kids on July 27th, at 17:11 PM had burned their pizzas that I had ordered as light bake. When I came to pick up, she claimed that they were “light bake”. She was so rude, and forceful I had to argue for her to bake new ones. I later learned that her bame was Ruth and she was the acting manager. A fish rots from head down.

It really is the best pizza place. Really good ingredients and it’s light it isn’t greasy and doesnt make you feel gross like other pizza places.

I seldomly leave reviews, even when I have bad experiences.
Came to this place since it opened up and the quality of service, time to receive a meal has significantly degraded over time.
Additionally, they skimp out on toppings unless you request extra or hover over them while they make it.
Do better.

It's really a hit or miss! Depends on who is there. Hadn't eaten there in over a year because it's not consistent, decided to go and the guy making the pizza didn't want to be at work. He also added something spicy to my pizza but acted like it was nothing major...I WAS SPICY AS HECK! Next time I will need a new pizza. This is why I cook because you can't get good help nowhere. Smh

Terrible customer service! Mikayla (Caucasian female) Diego/David (Hispanic male) and the short Hispanic lady that was on oven duty were absolutely horrible! I walked in at 8:32, the guy told me he’d be with me in just a minute. He proceeded to finish an order and I waited. I look up and it’s 8:43, I start looking around and him and Mikayla both looked up at me and continued to talk while both making one pizza! I look up again and it’s 8:50, I walk out to grab my phone and come back in to ask them their name and the little Hispanic lady in the back started laughing! Not sure what was funny but leaving a customer hanging for 20 minutes is completely unacceptable. Mind you, I was the only one in line and the 4 people that were inside were already eating. And just because of the extra laughing, I will be taking this interaction to corporate, first thing tomorrow ☺️!!
