Unfortunately, on 12/24/25, I had a horrible experience at the location on Memorial Drive in Houston. I specifically asked the lady who took my order to cook my pizza until golden. However, the pizza was burnt.
The lady who took my order was working in the back of the store (presumably preparing to close for the night) by the time my pizza was ready. As such, another lady, who was wearing green antlers, presented my pizza and became angry when I told her the pizza was burnt. She began to blame me and was very argumentative.
When I told her I didn’t want to speak to her and requested the person who took my order, she said the person was busy and refused to get her. She also told me there was no manager available.
This conduct was unacceptable. Employees like this will cause the business to lose money. I’d never experienced this type of treatment at Mod Pizza. To say the very least, I was disappointed and very upset by how combative the lady was. Ultimately, I drove to the location on Fry Road in Katy and had a much better experience.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst experience at a MOD location ever. The guy working at the glass counter to take the order had an attitude from the very beginning. He clearly showed and proved he didn't want to be there or do his job. He also spoke so low I had to literally get closer every time he spoke to hear him. The pizza was prepared in the worst way. To follow that up the other guy taking the pizza out of the oven got an attitude with me when I asked for a side of sauce to take to go with the order. He told me next time to ask in the beginning when placing the order but I've never done that in any MOD. They always ask at the end if you want to take some to go. These people clearly don't want to do their job and I think they need to revaluate their occupation. I will never return to this location ever, it's literally the worst. This was around 7:30pm on a Saturday by the way. Negative experience all the way around

I ordered for delivery and three items were NOT delivered. The serving sizes are not worth the price. For the same amount of money, I could have gotten double the amount of food from Marco’s and they wouldn’t have left out our drinks and dessert. I’ll be sticking with Marco’s from now on.

I think this will be my first and last time going to this location at 830pm even though it close at 10pm. First of all I didn’t know why one of the employees decided to start moving the food line back to sweep while I was trying to order my pizza. The employee who was fixing my pizza act like he didn’t want to put sauce in my pizza or pepperoni on my pizza. I had to ask for more sauce and for more pepperoni because I didn’t know where slice of pepperoni on the pizza. This is the end result for $12.87 I could have went to Pizza Hut.

The staff treats you badly, very bad service, the manager simply sits at the computer and is not aware of her store, young boys underpaid and speaking badly to adults, definitely the worst mod pizza location in all of Houston, I would never go again!

I’m a pizza lover, and I’d recommend this MOD to anyone! My pizza Artist did a phenomenal job creating my pizza! The restaurant was very clean, which gets a HUGE plus from me as well!
