Food is good per usual however the staff were very off putting . I came in during the night shift before closing and the experience was not welcoming at all . The guy ahead of me had already seemed frustrated with the staff and when it was my turn I quickly learned why . The woman making my pizza tried to give me a pre made pizza dough that looked like it was for someone else and they just didn’t want it . It was sitting on a random shelf out in the open and looked stale and like it started hardening from sitting there . I asked her to give me a fresh dough which she did after going back and forth about it . Then after that she seemed irritated to be making my pizza the entire time I was hesitant to ask for stuff because she seemed to have a problem with making it . Then once my pizza was finished the guy stuffed the pizza in a box that it couldn’t fit although it was a to go order and the box couldn’t close . Lastly I asked for a sauce and the guy rudely tossed it on the counter with the lid off as if he was irritated that I asked for sauce , he quickly apologized . However , I love mod but this is definitely my first and LAST time visiting this location.

Big fan of the MOD Pizza. WE love the food, it is fresh and just what we want. This location's staff is friendly and the store is clean. We eat at MOD once or twice a month. Usually at lunch, but sometimes for dinner. It is always made fresh and served hot.Vegetarian options: You can get is anyway you want, just ask.Dietary restrictions: They will listen and make it anyway you want.Parking: Plenty of parking, easy to get in and outKid-friendliness: They are great with the kids that come thru the line. Kids love to come here.Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to get around well on my knee-scooter. Wide areas and accessible bathrooms.

They supposed to close at 11pm. I was trying to pick up pizza after all day of Christmas shopping made it before 11pm around 10:40 and they were already shutting it down and locked doors this was Saturday night I would think you would stay at least open till 11pm on a Saturday night

Staff was extremely friendly and fast. My negative review is towards the company as a whole. Went in today and it was $17 for a little pizza and a drink. Why wouldn't I have a much larger pizza delivered to my door for 3 extra bucks. I was in restaurant management for a decade, I have a good guess what your cost are and this is just greedy. The value isn't there anymore, at all.

It's nice to be able to choose your ingredients and have your pizza in record time especially when you are hungry. Saying that, the pizza doesn't compare with pizza from Rays Italian or Dans pizza.
