Always a great experience at MOD Pizza! The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. They’re quick but never rush you, and they really pay attention to getting your order just the way you want it. The pizzas are always fresh, and the customer service keeps me coming back.

Took 30 minutes to order and received ours food. The restaurant was not even busy. The staff had no sense of urgency. It seemed that they were understaffed only 4 employees to run a dinner shift. No one was cleaning the tables, paying attention to the trash cans or cleaning the fountain drinks area. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
Great service great food. The only downside is every time you go in it is freezing.

The shift manager Ariel has horrible customer service skills. My pizza was burnt, and cheese was only on half of
The pizza. She was very condescending and nonchalant. I pray that she finds a job that she enjoys, because it’s clear she was having a miserable day.
Must be a new group in there. The lady was extremely slow fixing the pizzas.

This was my first time visiting MOD Pizza, and I have to say—I’m seriously impressed. The entire experience was smooth and welcoming, but what really stood out was the incredibly kind and helpful people who prepared our pizza. They took the time to explain the options, offered great suggestions, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You could tell they genuinely cared, which made all the difference.
The pizza itself was delicious—fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and customizable to the last detail. I love how you can build your own and get creative with the toppings.
I came in just hoping for a quick bite, but walked out already planning my next visit. First time here, but definitely not my last!

Pizza was good..typical MOD Pizza 🍕 standards. However, the service was subpar to say the least! The restaurant had 4 young people working who were more interested in their social lives than being good team members. There was one person who made the dough flats, one person who added the toppings, one person doing money? (i think), and another person who put the pizza in and out of the oven. ALL of them stood around and watched the young man who was adding toppings for customers STRUGGLE! He was moving as fast as he could but he really needed help. Just taking the order of a small family of 3 took a long time. All the while his co-workers stood around and chatted amongst themselves. It’s not hard to put pizza dough on a stand, it’s definitely not hard to take pizza in and out of the oven, and if there’s no customers ready to pay; I’m not sure what the cashiers job would be! Very poor service! The store wasn’t busy at all but it took a half hour just to get our 2 MOD Pizzas. Kudos to the kid who was on the line making the pizzas! He was patient, and diligent! He just needed help!

Managers don't give a damn
This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. It was 9:11pm to be exact. The place looked closed but according to google it said 10pm. Starting with the way we were greeted when we stepped foot in the door. When we walked in the sassy male worker with the soft voice behind the counter rolled his eyes and didn’t even try to hide that he was annoyed that we came in while they were shutting down early. He made a comment under his breath that we didn’t hear clearly but could pick up on his attitude and body language that he wasn’t happy about us showing up at the time we did. When we were choosing the toppings for our pizza they were out of the ingredients we asked for which is understandable but it seemed like he just didn’t want to go get any more or replenish the ingredients that were out. There were two other male employees standing around. The place needed to be cleaned and they didn’t seem too concerned. I wish they were obligated to wear name tags to identify the employees but I will not be going to this location again. They don’t deserve my money if I feel I’m being a burden to them. Maybe the don’t need to be in customer service if they are going to be rude and not friendly.
Unfortunately, my experience at this MOD Pizza was quite disappointing. The scarcity of available toppings was frustrating, the restaurant's cleanliness was noticeably poor, and it was evident that the staff was overwhelmed.
This this location is making MOD pizza look bad for your customer service. It is ridiculous, heavy, and horrible... The owner of this location needs to purge all his staff.
The worst location, touching pizza with no gloves, pizza has a different taste then other locations, i think workers are doing their own thing with sauce....nasty
