Food is good, but this place is ALWAYS DIRTY. Hard to eat there when you have to walk through spilled food on the floors, tables, etc. I can only imagine the amount of roaches this place must have. With that being said, I think I just talked myself out of coming back. It’s that damn dirty in here.

I am pleased to share that my children, aged 4 and 5, thoroughly enjoy dining at MOD Pizza. The exceptional service provided by the staff consistently exceeds our expectations. During a recent visit, I expressed interest in purchasing a MOD no name cake for dessert. To my surprise, the manager generously offered to provide the cake at no cost, advising me to download the app to claim this complimentary treat. This gesture truly exemplifies the outstanding level of service and generosity displayed by the management, and it is my belief that such actions go above and beyond typical expectations.

Definitely not the cleanest Mod I've been to. Trash cans overflowing, fountain area was a total mess several tables with dirty dishes and the "clean" tables were sticky. Decided to take pizzas home and eat them there.

Maybe it was because we came in at the end of the lunch rush, or something, but this was the slowest and dirtiest MOD I've ever been in! Just moved to the area, so we will give them one more try at a later date and see!

Delicious pizza but had to edit my review. Picked up a curbside order last week for my daughter and they hadn't even cooked it when I pulled up PAST my pick up time. Picked up another order today and half the toppings I requested weren't even on my pizza. I think you guys need better service.

It is kind of hard to locate the restaurant, but there is plenty of parking. The music wasn’t too loud, and the dining room is clean and they have room shades for those overly bright days. The outdoor seating is sturdy and clean as well.The lady there, Abby, had a great attitude, generous, worked with her team well, and was extremely fast and friendly. She even delivered my pie outside.I ordered the gluten free crust with dairy-free cheeze as I like it. The crust is perfect. The ingredients look fresh. The chocolate No Name cake is available for the asking, and it tasted really good.The drinks come in a large 24 oz. cup which is more than enough. The napkins and such are in one place and easy to find.I would come back again. Enjoy!

In my opinion, I think the service needs to be supervised by someone who is very responsible, on more than 3 occasions I have ordered orders online to pick up, but I have arrived for my order and I had to wait for more than 25 minutes after placing my order from my home , yesterday afternoon was the worst day in this place, I had to wait for my order for more than 30 minutes and they had a mess with the orders and the behavior of the staff was disrespectful and they made fun of the customers who made their claims for so much that they had to wait for their pizzas, there was a minimum of 6 employees and it seemed like there were only 2.

Food is always great. The employees at this location specifically are rude. No one in the resturant and still waited for about 5 mins while 4 employees were cleaning to close up. It was an hour before closing. Do love Mod though.

Pizza was okay, but perhaps i ordered one i just didnt like, so thats not really on them. The staff get an A+, they were great at accomodating my many food allergies, and they had vegan options that i could safely eat (allergic to milk). Thanks, Mods!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly environment, staff treats kids like little grown ups and my daughter appreciated that.Dietary restrictions: Have vegan cheeses
