This is my second time trying to go there in the past week and they don't have enough people working. I just went and waited for 10 minutes while the man-made online orders and no one was being helped in the line. They have one person making orders and one person cooking.

Visited 12/29 the young lady doing the pizza with glasses and a ny black hat with redish brown hair was in such a terrible mood, she didn’t spread the base sauce at all, when we asked for the toppings she seemed so bothered even though that’s the point of this place? and I only got pepperoni on mine so It wasn’t difficult but seemed like she was mad at me even asking for the pepperoni, It’s was extremely uncomfortable. Had to get the pizza remade.

Went in 15 minutes before closing and this lady very rudely told me they were. Closed and out of dough as I can see some in the tray like if your employees don't want to work why do keep them on shift it's just sad and I know mod pizza pays well like what's so hard about making a pizza

We use to love coming to this MOD pizza seems like the last few times the quality and service has downgraded. Station used to be clean and neat now it’s a mess we don’t feel the same energy as it once was.
This mod pizza location needs better management .. waited 15 minutes or longer for the gentleman to finish 2 mods and 2 kids pizzas .. he must of been new .. but 2 people came out the back when it was time to pay and all the tables were dirty had to clean our own table and to make things worse the drinks like the vintage lemonade and tea where empty and drink station was dirty.. this location is always busy to let it go down like this .. hopefully someone reads this and does something about it..

Terrible service. Had to wait at least 28 min from when I walked in the door to get my pizza. I walked in and the three people in front of me were being served. Then the server who made their pizzas made two online orders that took about 4 min each. During that time another worker walked up to restock ingredients, and told me we will be right with you. She then proceeded to fill the ingredients right in front of me which took about another 5 minutes. She then finally put on new gloves and took my order. I was standing there waiting to be served for at least 9 to 11 minutes. Ridiculous. Then once she made my pizza she gave me a slip with the correct name on it, but wrote a completely different name on the slip for the pizza. So my pizza was sitting on the counter for another 10 minutes before I realized it might be mine with the wrong name on it. The whole experience was terrible!

My family and I ordered three Mods and a MOD salad. Our pizza was not cooked completely we asked for extra cook time and they said they couldn't. The ingredients were skimpy I had to ask the guy to constantly add more toppings. This was my family and I worse experience at

I really enjoyed my visit at this particular Mod. Everything was made with fresh ingredients. Everyone was also very pleasant. I will definitely dine here again .
Saw the pizza being made without gloves on, waited 35 mins for my order to be made. Came in at 9pm, order finally being made at 9:35pm. Only one person ahead of me, saw only one person working the line while a girl wrapped up one of the stations. But y’all close at 11pm? Top of that I come here all the time service has always been great just today was not so. Yall need to more staff at times like this, not blaming the staff but honestly for times like this with 2 people in line the wait time could’ve been improved.
