I've never dined in, but frequently order for delivery. I picked up for the first time today and Tina was so nice. I was exhausted, in the middle of a family member being hospitalized who wouldn't eat the hospital food, and she was kind enough to bring the food to my car. I love that the pizzas and salads are the same price no matter what the ingredients. I love that their crust is different and tastes not only more high quality, but less processed than other chains. I love thin crust. I love pesto. I live artichoke hearts. And, I love sliced tomatoes on my pizza!

Tried the vegan pizzas and while I was not expecting them to taste like a regular MOD pizza (which are typically great), these tasted like sadness and despair dressed up in fancy, ill fitting clothes. Id rather have had tomato sauce on gluten free toast.

Horrible service and follow up after our delivery was left on the porch by delivery driver instead of handing it to us as requested! Unable to call the store directly but instead spoke to someone at 'support' who is contracted out by MOD and could care less. She was rude, unhelpful and eventually hung up on me. Will NEVER order from them again--do better MOD

The entire staff at this MOD did an excellent job yesterday. I especially want to recognize Eve. The first girl we approached was busy making lots of salads. This put more pressure on Eve. She was making pizzas AND taking orders. She kept a happy, positive attitude the whole time and the pizza she made me was perfect! I didn't get her name but the young lady putting the pizzas in the oven and taking them out was also doing a great job. I hope management realizes what a great staff they have at this location. ESPECIALLY EVE!

Walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes, no line just me. That gave me plenty of time to look at the dirty line prep area with ingredients all mixed together. Didn’t get so much as a hello from 2 employees that were chatting with each other about a gift card promo the entire time. Walked right out.

I’ve given this MOD Pizza location several chances, but every visit has been disappointing. The service is consistently bad, which I usually overlook because the pizza is good but my most recent experience changed everything. The line and prep area were noticeably dirty, which was extremely unappetizing. And it didn’t help that the person making my pizza didn’t change their gloves coming from whatever task they were doing (not making pizza)
My order was taken by a trainee who clearly had no idea what he was supposed to do, and I don’t fault him for that — what bothered me was that the other three employees stood he around talking instead of helping him, all while the line looked atrocious. Everything in the line was cross contaminated. If my pizza didn’t go through a 500+ degree oven, I wouldn’t have considered eating my pizza.
I really enjoy MOD Pizza as a brand, but this location needs serious improvement in cleanliness and staff training.
