The service is terribly slow the many times we have been there. It should not take over 30 minutes to put the pizzas in the oven when we are in person and there is no one in the building. Very disappointed

I've always been a big fan of MOD Pizza, but my recent visit was really disappointing. I ordered a salad, and while I was eating, I found a black, sludgy, grainy substance in it. It looked and felt like mud, and it completely ruined my dinner. I'm really disgusted and concerned that I might have even eaten some of it. I hope MOD Pizza takes this seriously and improves their food preparation.

I normally love Mod Pizza, but today, when I went there for lunch, the lady was really really slow. She took 10 minutes on just one order before me. I ordered a pizza with white sauce, and for some reason she triple-layered it with the sauce so bad that when I took a bite all I tasted was the sauce. It made me sick to my stomach. I will never go back.

Love coming in when Itzel and Modesto are here. They are very kind and are fast at making the pizzas. I don't know how Itzel is so happy and always smiling ALL THE TIME! Great custumer service!
