This was my first visit, and it definitely won't be my last. I contemplated a while about choosing to eat here. I loved my food! The chips were crisp, and the salsa piping hot; yummy! My plate choice was served prompt and tasted delightful. The service was superb; attentive waitress and manager or male lead on duty. When guests started to pour in, the manager(or owner?)on duty did not hesitate to assist. He made my experience that much more delightful. He displayed hospitality...

Moderno’s breakfast tacos are chef’s kiss—absolutely to die for. The breakfast plates? Equally amazing.
But the service? Ehh. Every time I walk in, the lady at the counter looks at me like I just asked her to run a marathon. I get it—mornings are rough, but I’m just here for some tacos, not to ruin your day!
Still, I keep coming back… because tacos....

Moderno has the best breakfast tacos in Houston! They’re fabulous. My customers love them. My grandkids love them! The blanco tacos with chorizo & cheese are the most popular.
Bryan, the day/night manager is absolutely one of the best in the business. He’s gracious, warm, accommodating, and makes sure you’re completely satisfied.
