This was by far the most delicious and beautiful cake ever!!! The cake itself was moist and delicious, not too overly sweet. The icing was absolutely to die for!! My boyfriend got me this cake from them for my birthday, and everybody was raving about it! We added some of our own decorations ontop of it, but it turned out absolutely beautiful! Will definitely be using them for other celebrations in the future :)

The staff are friendly. I got here for the snowballs. They are my favorite. They are typically soft and moist and dreamy. The other day the snowballs were a tad bit dry. The experience wasn't the same. I bought 4 and only ate 1 due to the dryness of the cake.

Ordered a birthday cake ( was more than $100 for 8”). They wrote “ Happy Birthday letters on top of the dried brown sugar on a card board around that’s is out side of the cake not on the cake .. I have never seen as ugly and unprofessional as this before. And when you drive even if the cake is placed on a flat surface all the letters were dancing and moving everywhere even if you drive steady and slow. And Not only You don’t understand what’s written anymore but made messy with the brown sugar all around the creamy cake … cake was light blue now it’s covered by brown sugar .. I have to go get a new cake at Wholefoods since it was unpresentable . So upset ! Don’t they have a common sense ??? Probably not . Just another one of a mediocre place. I will Never order here again.

Got a cake for my son birthday. Honestly, the worst looking and tasting cake I have ever ordered. We requested real strawberries inside, but the cake tasted nothing like real strawberries and of course no trace of real strawberries. Instead, it tasted more like strawberry artificial flavor used for puddings. The decorations looked like they were made by a 10 year old. When we called them to complain, their answer was “nobody never complained about that” (which I know it’s not true after reading all the other negative reviews). Too bad I didn’t take a pic of the cake. I was too upset to even do that.
