My fiancé Giselle and I were celebrating our engagement, and we were treated to exceptional service by Tara and staff. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our night truly special. Her excellent customer service and extensive knowledge of the menu allowed her to provide us with fantastic recommendations. To make the evening even more memorable, she took our picture, signed it, and gave us valuable advice. It felt like we had made a new friend. We can’t wait to return because the food and service were simply amazing. We couldn’t have asked for anything more on our special night from this establishment.

We ordered the porterhouse and the tomahawk ribeye both medium rare and the both came out rare and both were pretty much cold. The drinks were good and the bacon appetizer was the best thing we had all night. We got a dozen oysters also and they were about the size of a quarter. Service was great and no complains there. We also ordered a couple garlic butters with the steaks and they came out a couple minutes after the steaks and they were barely half way melted. We all agreed that we would've had a better meal at Texas Roadhouse which is no knock on roadhouse but for the price we are paying for premium beef it should've been a big difference in quality. It was our first time and this location and will be our last. We were there for my wife's 40th birthday and we all were extremely disappointed in the food.

Amazing! 100% recommend. Celebrated our anniversary here and loved the attention to detail. Everyone had a smile on their face and a great attitude. Tara our server was great very kind, helpful and patient. We took our 9 month old and she also had a great experience thanks to Tara. The manager came to check on us a couple times which was nice, he was also very friendly. Loved the food, the creme brulee was the best.

I visited this location on a Sunday and chose to sit at the bar since I didn’t have a reservation though one didn’t seem necessary, as the restaurant was completely empty. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The bartender had a very poor attitude and acted as if he didn’t want to be there. There was little to no interaction during my visit. While I was seated, a couple sat next to me and were completely ignored. After waiting without being acknowledged, they eventually got up and left.
Considering the restaurant was empty, there was no excuse for the lack of service. This is not the level of hospitality you expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, this was one of the worst steakhouse experiences I’ve had in quite some time. Please do better.

My first time and it was Amazing! The food courses and drinks seemed to come to the table with perfect timing to our conversation and when we finished the course before. It was an experience for sure! Definitely going back again!

Horrible experience from start to finish. From the valet service to walking inside, I was met with harsh stares and an unwelcoming attitude. The host was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point that I felt compelled to ask if there was an issue. This behavior completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience.
This location would greatly benefit from improved customer service standards, front-desk etiquette, and staff retraining!

Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our waiter was a little slow at first and didn't tell us about the special but when business picked up so did his service. Great experience again, we will be back.
This place never disappoints. That's it.

Filet Mignon was AMAZING! we were the only diners in the entire restaurant, which was nice. We saw the front of the house manager walk by multiple times, yet he never stopped to ask how we were, how's dinner, do you need anything. odd! Service was a 1 out of 5. She must have thought none of us knew what she was up to as she tried to "up sale" us on every single little thing we ordered. Then she brought an extra glass of wine and poured it in my glass, AFTER i had told her I did NOT want another. Everyone at the table was annoyed with her shenanigan's by that point. We flagged her down and informed her we did not want or ask for that 2nd glass of wine, she acted like she did it just to be nice, Saying "oh, i thought I'd just bring you one" wink, wink. Okaaaayyyyy? Guess what ended up being on the check.....an extra glass of wine at $23. No surprise there. I literally went to Morton's to try their $70 3-course meal they offered online, but we had no menu for it and she intended to not give us one or tell us about that offer. Had i not asked about it when she came to take our order we would not have known. Her facial expression when asking for that menu said it all. disappointment. she thought she was getting a low $ table, which was NOT the case. She did go get us 4 of those menus but then the up sale marathon started. Overall: food was alright, Shrimp Cocktail was a 3/5, nothing near as good as St. Elmo's Steakhouse Shrimp Cocktail or sauce. but it was the BEST Filet Mignon I've ever had, and I've worked and ate at Morton's Steakhouse (different State), and Oceanaire, among others. Would i go back to this franchise location? Absolutely not. Great ambiance. Romantic. Dinner for 4 was $574 TOTAL. Not worth it.

We had a large party in a private room. The General Manager and staff were professional, friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious and everyone had a great evening.
Tara took great care of our group of 7 last night. We were celebrating finishing the marathon and Tara went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. The service was impeccable, but not stuffy or pretentious and the food really hit the spot. Clean plates all around! Thank you Tara and the rest of the Morton’s staff for taking great care of us!

I ordered an 8oz center-cut filet prepared medium-well for my birthday. Instead, I was served a burnt, charcoal-like steak that was completely overcooked and missing the accompanying sauce.
When I called the restaurant, the person claiming to be the manager showed no interest in resolving the issue and responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, as if the mistake warranted no concern. The food quality and the manager’s attitude fell far below acceptable standards.

After a review of the cocktail menu online - there was no doubt about choosing Morton's downtown for happy hour and a snack - sat at the bar. My Gentleman had The Penthouse - loved it. The lemon drop martinis are always on point. Wagyu pot-stickers were delicious. The bartender was fantastic - I hate that I didn’t catch his name. He was funny and attentive - and cocktails were so good. When he heard that we were headed to another spot for dinner - he offered the information for the Morton's shuttle to take us to our next destination!! 10/10 Cant wait to go back!

Steaks were cooked perfect and tender. There were 6 of us and the size of the sides were plentiful. The setting was nice and quiet as well. Highly recommended!
