Excellent ambiance, the waiter were very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent. It was our second visit and we plan to make a third.

The food was amazing. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgable. Love the theme of the restaurant also.

Had a special birthday dinner, at Morten's, with the family, before attending Hamilton at the Hobby Center. I had made a 4:30 PM reservation to ensure we would not miss the 7 PM curtain. We just made it with moments to spare! Overall the food was excellent, the rack of lamb with Madeira wine reduction was fantastic, the Ribeye with black truffle butter sublime and the lobster ravioli was delicate and flavorful. The Wagyu meatballs were excellent, but the bacon wrapped scallops were too salty from the bacon. The crab cakes were meaty, but lacking in flavor and not a stand- out. The table of six enjoyed the parmesan truffle matchstick fries, the crunchy panko- crusted onion rings, the Guy-ere/ bacon scalloped potatoes and the jumbo asparagus- grilled to perfection. The guys enjoyed a single- malt whiskey flight and the ladies shared a Greysac French Burgundy. Our waiter brought out a complimentary chocolate lava cake with ice cream for the table to share- delicious! At 6:35 we were getting nervous for our check so the non- theater member of our party settled the tab while we headed to Hobby. A joyous birthday celebration indeed!

Power was fabulous! I cannot think of his name right now, but he was prompt and through! Food was above expectations.

Food was 9/10. The only disappointment was the lobster mashed potatoes. Not as creamy and tasty as I've had at other steakhouses. Service was a 10+. We loved our overall experience and would highly recommend.

The waitress came to our table when we first arrived to get our drink order, brought the drinks back, came back to take our food order, someone else brought our food, and we didn't see her until the end of the meal. She passed our table several times and looked at us as she went to other tables. She even stopped to chat with tables that she wasn't serving. We didn't get refills at all! Then when she finally came over she asked if we wanted boxes to box it ourselves or did we want her to box it. We eat at fine dining experiences often and I've never been asked if I wanted to box my own food. I also didn't hear her ask the table near us that question. One thing about us is we tip generously at least 20% plus for ALL dining experiences. Even the ones that cost us 300 or 30. However, this I couldn't justify it. She's lucky that she got 15%. All in all I wouldn't return. The spinach was bland with no flavor and the steak was overly salted. My husband's steak was supposed to be well done and was medium well. The free bread was the best part which is funny because she didn't offer us any and another waitress asked if we wanted any and brought us some. We won't be returning because as I watched her be a better waitress to everyone around us it made me call into question WHY we were singled out.

Our server team was able to do an outstanding job at exceeding the needs of our party of 12

Their steaks are always perfect and on a quiet Thursday night the service was great. Only point to improve is the music volume, a bit too high, what makes the conversation more difficult than it needs to be.

In short: Great food and great drinks.

Overall, this was an excellent spot to enjoy a meal with my lady. The food was cooked perfectly, though it took a bit longer than expected—but good food is worth the wait. Our waitress was fantastic—helpful, attentive, and quick. The drinks were on point, too.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, so I’d recommend using valet. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because there were some gnats flying around, which was a bit annoying and gross. The staff explained it was due to the doors being open earlier in the day.

I've eaten at this location before, about 2 years ago. However, my husband and I ate at the downtown location on 12/27/24 for our anniversary, and the food was horrible. I ordered lamb chops, they were barely cooked, tough as rubber, unseasoned, and looked liked someone blow torched them. I could barely cut them with a knife! There was no seasoning. My husband's steak was like a cardboard and scortched. At the rate charged to eat here, the food should be cooked to perfection. The best items were the bread and wine. I am not sure if they've changed management or the chef, but it's definitely not how it was in the past. Very disappointed.

Me and my husband have eaten at this location before,.but it's been about 2 years. The food quality has really gone down since we last came. Tonight we went there for our Anniversary and the steak and lamb chops were horrible..I am not sure if they've changed manager or chefs?. My Lamb chops were tough, I literally had to fight witj them to eat them. I couldnt even cut them with a knife. There was no seasonings, it was pretty bad. My husband couldn't finish his steak because ot was like cars board. After paying nearly a $300 bill, we were very disappointed. Probably will not be going back to the downtown Houston location. They have really gone down hill.

Went here for a company holiday party. The preset menu was ok. Both my wife and I got a filet, house salad, green beans, and cheesecake. Steak was a little over done. I ordered medium. The steak was seasoned well, but dry. Salad was ok. Green beans were ok. Cheese cake was ok. We were given two drink vouchers, my first mojito was ok. Second one they changed out the rum and it was noticeabley not as good. Our waiter was very rigid. He was not very comforting. He did his job, but didn't look happy to do it. Overall, wasn't terrible, but wasn't great. I paid for valet $12, gave the attendent $20. She never gave me my change.
