I almost don't want to tell yall about this place to keep it to myself but i don't really like chocolate outside of the occasional Reeses and this place made me want to eat more for them. I can't wait to go back and be try more flavors. Service is spectacular. Staff speak English and Spanish. The design team is absolutely amazing. These are award winning chocolates. I'm so speechless. The price point is a little high (6 for $21) but no different than a macaron and you're getting top tier artistry here I tried- the goat cheese, the almond toffee crunch, the pecan pie, salted caramel, cookies and cream, and hazelnut & pop rocks. Even if you don't try anything else from here. The hazelnut and pop rocks is worth the try. It's like nothing i have ever had before. Amazing. Really brilliant. Their bakery is in house. I couldn't even choose a favorite they were all so good. I'll definitely be back. Just go look at the photos!

I am a lover of bon bons, and every now and then I like to go out and try chocolate bon bons. Mostly Chocolate & Catering is tucked away on N Post Oak Rd and offers a large selection of chocolate bon bons and a variety of other chocolates and snacks. They have so many options of bonbons, which look like pieces of art, and it was so difficult choosing flavors because they all looked so good. The business is family-owned, and they were super nice and very knowledgeable of the stuff they were selling and also recommended some great flavors. They will also let you try one flavor of choice!I got the hazelnut and pop rocks, s’mores, Keylime pie, tea and cookies passionfruit, toasted coconut, macadamia crunch, salted caramel, house praline, bailey’s Irish cream, almond toffee crunch, and coffee and cardamom. Some of their flavors were very unique, and I think they won an award for the poprocks one.It was very hard choosing a favorite, but I think my top flavors are the toasted coconut, Keylime pie, and passionfruit. Everything just tasted delicious!Overall, I think this a one of the best chocolate bon bon places in Houston!

I only found this place by pure chance while looking at the Houston subreddit pages for places that sell hazelnut ginaduja. Dany, the owner, helped me out right away and made a lot of really excellent recommendations for me. He's incredible and he definitely knows his chocolate! How is the chocolate itself? Simply amazing. I have never tasted anything this delicious before.

This place I would say is totally chocolate, a burst of flavors, so good chocolates.

Heaven on Earth! Discovered Mostly Chocolate at this year's Nutcracker Market. I was given a 'sample' and what a surprise! Sweet meets salty meets crunchy....my tastes buds were on full alert! Who would have thought to mix (now bear with this) sweet milk chocolate, smother it on pretzels, pecans and Fritos? Yes, Fritos! It sounds illegal, but what a delight! Everyone at the store is super nice, friendly and welcoming. They have a vast selection of high quality chocolate products, on a whole new level. They also offer classes on weekends, something we will look into after the holidays. Again, Heaven on Earth! Go treat yourself!

Found out about this place after hearing an interview with Dany on a locally-produced podcast. Can't believe we have this caliber chocolatier not only in Houston but almost in my backyardExchanged a couple emails with Dany and then dropped in one day - he was super friendly to my wife and I, explained the differences between some of the chocolates and gave us a tasting or two to help us decide on what to buyI left very happy (and with coffee toffee squares and a smores bar in tow) and continue to be happy each day I eat one of his chocolates

I tried Mostly Chocolate's bonbon class with a few friends and loved it! Dany (Head Chocolatier) is so passionate and extremely knowledgeable about everything chocolate. The class was so much fun! And most of all, the chocolates were divine! Highly recommended!

Wow. So, I stumbled upon the Mostly Chocolate booth at the Sugar Plum Market, and I purchased the toffee bar, a package of coffee toffee, and a package of chocolate chunk cookies. OMG. Like seriously, OMG. The toffee bar was absolutely the best toffee I've ever had. I took a bite of it while strolling through the market and had to contain myself. Like, I wanted to declare out loud, "Oh my gosh this is the very best toffee I've ever had!" to the strangers milling about around me, but I refrained. I bought the coffee toffee for my niece, and she took a bite and said, "Oh. Wow. Amazing. So buttery!" I purchased the cookies for my sister who was hosting family dinner that night, and, after trying a cookie, she put the rest in the pantry and said, "I'm not gonna share these." Needless to say, I'll be paying a visit to the shop this week to buy more!

My family and I did the chocolate bonbon making class and loved it!! We had so much fun and we made some awesome bonbons! The owner was so nice and informative, and made the class really easy for anyone to do! Also all of the bonbons they make at the store are delicious, we will definitely be back to get more!!

Stopped to get a box of chocolate and was amazed by the assortment they offer. Their chocolates are a delightful journey of flavors! They offer a range of uniquely creative flavors that are absolutely delicious. What’s even better is the owner’s warm and welcoming personality, which added to the overall experience. And if you’re a true chocolate enthusiast, don’t miss their fantastic private chocolate-making sessions – they’re a must-try!
