Hands down my favorite pizza joint in Houston. The food is fantastic (the sauce crust and cheese ratio is so good plus the sauce is an all time favorite) and the staff is incredible. I highly recommend the pepperoni garlic knots although the pizza is more than enough to fill you up

Love it! I got a slice of pepperoni and the employees are awesome. Pizza slices as big as my face. What more can you ask for!!!!

This place was unbelievably disappointing. Considering each slice of pizza is more expensive than a medium 2 topping from domino's, I expected atleast some semblance of quality. I ordered the pepperoni pizza slice and it was served with a puddle of oil on top. As I picked it up and watched the oil and grease drip off the pizza, my appetite dropped away along with it. The margharetia pizza was better, but still average at best.

Tried a slice at Mr. Nice Pie today at Finn Hall and was not disappointed. I passed on the usual "giant" slice of pepperoni that everyone was having and went for the smaller "specialty' Veggie slice. So glad I did, it was amazing. What I really liked was that it wasn't overloaded with everything in the garden. Thinly sliced mushrooms, onions and peppers over a thin layer of deliciously spiced tomato sauce. I'm not sure what specific types of cheese they use on top, but was wonderful. This very simple slice was packed with flavour. Staff was very friendly while delivering fast service. Definitely a must try.

The cheese after a few minutes gets hard and chewy. Reminds me of 2 day old pizza. Not enough sauce and it's too thin. Crust has a great crunchy taste. Wish the rest of the slice would have carried on that concept. Walk a few blocks down to Franks...save yourself a few bucks and get a better quality pie.

Extremely disappointed, another example of flavorless pizza in Houston. The dough and size of pizza are good. The cheese was overly chewy, almost choked on it. They made need to use better quality cheese. The tomato sauce was bland, missing the robust flavor which is expected. The service was mediocre! Finn Hall needs to do a quality test of their vendors because their name and reputation are on the line.

This place has very nearly got it right--I'd recommend giving them a shot, despite my mediocre review today. I used to live in Brooklyn, and I'm transparent about being a snob about NY-style pizza. Crust is pretty darn close to the real thing, and cheese is good too. It's unusually thin, however, which may be the reason that most of my slice actually had zero sauce, which was no bueno. The very tippy top of the huge $6 cheese slice was the only part that I really enjoyed eating. That said, the place has only been open a month, and maybe there's still some inconsistency. Once they figure out the sauce to cheese ratio, this slice will be one of the best in town.

Ok. I think we can all agree I'm a snobby pizza Freak. I appreciate real pizza. Pizza for breakfast. Lunch. And dinner. Every New Yorker is raised on pizza. Fact. The first thing I'm told is that they are going for the "New York " pizza feel. So of course. Got myself a basic cheese slice. Best way of telling a good pizza joint. First. The pizza is too thin for the kind of crust that has been made. I appreciate the crust and dough. But it got a bit too soggy. BUT I did appreciate a fee things which I haven't seen alot of pizza places do. Perfectly seasoned sauce. Cheese and sauce ratio. Foldable slice size Not a dry crust. Enough oregeno sitting within the cheese for me yo taste and get stuck in my teeth. The winner which made me give them a 4 is the sauce. If anyone tells you cheese is what makes the pizza. I want you to walk away from them forever. It's the sauce and dough. And I appreciated the sauce. And crust Flavorful. And really made the pizza for me. I will be coming back.
