My husband and I have been coming off and on (honestly we need to go more!!) for about 6 months after passing by it for years on the way to other stuff and MAN do we regret not coming earlier! We mostly get the Italian Sub on Zesty Parmesan and oh my goodness its the best sub sandwich in Houston, I would put money on it! We call in our orders and it never takes more than 5-10 minutes, which is conveniently the drive time to get there from our house. Not to mention the owners are the friendliest people in the entire world, developing deep relationships with all their clientele. They had our orders memorized by the second order. Can't recommend them enough!

My husband and I tried out this spot tonight for the first time and it was absolutely amazing!!! The woman working was so unbelievably friendly, funny and made sure to help us with the menu. Its hard to find a good place with good service now a days so it was refreshing. The subs were absolutely delicious. We got the Italian and the steak and cheese. We will definitely be back!!!

The owners are the sweetest. Came back today, August 14, 2025 and had our favorite tuna melt sandwich. I can’t see enough about how good this place is. Also, the family friendly feel that you get from the owners is just awesome.

We are not from this area and we're hungry so I just googled food and Mr. Sub popped i was hangry I said this is where we are going I didnt ask what anyone else wanted I Mr. Sub was a cool place the family that was working were very friendly and accommodating. We had a chicken cesear salad wrap and 6in sandwich meal and it was less than $20
