Right when I walked in the atmosphere was not welcoming AT ALL! Had one sitting down looking irritated, the cashier customer service was so rude. I couldn’t even enjoy my delicious sandwich that the lovely chef made. When I’m ordering my food the cashier just seemed so irritated & rude. I tried to order breakfast, she “snapped” & said “it’s no breakfast, we’re serving lunch” RUDELY. So no, get your employees to indulge in “customer service classes” on how to treat LGBTQIA+ members of the community (because when it came to another customer that came in after me, it was very chipper energy). & then having one of your other employees watching me while i eat is very aggressive & aggravating. I came here twice & this Is my second time, & my visits have not been pleasant so for your company to be in the cornerstone of DOWNTOWN HOUSTON IS A SHAME. i understand your front counter employees don’t want to work, but dont deflect it on me. Get it together next time love.

I ordered the Grilled chicken burger with some add-ons and it was great! The online ordering and payment was effortless and I just walked in and picked it up. The staff was friendly and had my order ready on time. Will definitely go back for lunch.
