Hours showed closed at 330 on qpp and 4p on door. We went in at 130 and were told they were closed. Perhaps locking the door would indicate they are not open. Correct Hours shod be posted on the door.

Bad atmosphere & management of customers, overpriced drinks and food items. I come here due to the location and to grab a coffee and catch the news on the way to meetings. Staff is kind but management creates an unwelcoming environment in what should be a bustling med center cafe. Better served at the Starbucks down the street or the food court.

I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and received a bagel with sour cream. FAIL!! They didn't even have cream cheese in the building. When I returned it they gave me one toast with butter. In retrospect I was not refunded for the cream cheese.

I've been coming here weekly for a long time and up until very recently it's been great. The ladies behind the counter are very friendly and do a great job of making the food.
The new management, however, is rapidly raising prices, has removed any contact with the kitchen staff, has been overcharging and added a 21c "service fee" to my order without saying a word AFTER charging $1 more than what's showing on the menu. When I asked her about the service fee she mumbled something about using a card - and removed it. If you're going to have a service fee for credit card use, then you should have it posted.
I'm just sorely disappointed and hope that there are some changes. I enjoy visiting with the kitchen ladies and have enjoyed having this stop as a part of my weekly routine forever now...but I'm going to have to stop being a customer 'cause it's just too much.
The new management here is incredibly rude to customers and staff- and adds on random charges so WATCH OUT.I've been coming here weekly for a long time and up until very recently it's been great. When I asked her about the service fee she mumbled something- played dumb- and removed it.There have been other issues- a few weeks ago I ordered a coffee from the "starbucks" station and the same woman (who I assume is the manager) walked straight from the register where she was handling money and her phone and over to the coffee station to make my drink without washing her hands. She proceeded to make me the wrong drink- poured it out in the trash- and then attempted to make the "right" drink IN THE SAME CUP with some sort of mocha sludge still in it....when I did not order a mocha. The quality of the ingredients has also dropped as well while the prices have skyrocketed. I know microwave bacon when I see it...and it's not cute and certainly doesn't compare to the previous ACTUAL food that was served.I'm just sorely disappointed and hope that there are some changes. New owner has really changed the place around! Love their sandwiches!
Delicious Gyros
An overpriced, dirty restaurant with extremely low quality food. Cheap, apparently microwaved eggs and worthless bacon pieces, plus bitter Starbucks coffee cost more than $10. It is unfortunate that the O'Quinn St. Luke's Medical Tower has no decent on-site restaurant. Murphy's Deli is consistently disappointing.

Their grape leaves are out of sight, their egg salad sandwiches wonderful, they have a macaroni salad on their salad bar that is absolutely delicious.
Had a turkey sub and was disappointed. Watched it being made and there were 2 thin slices of turkey then folded over and 2 thin slices of cheese. I really tasted that I was eating a lettuce and tomato sandwich, could not taste the turkey or cheese.
