All I wanted was a tuna sandwich. I almost went to Subway. So glad I came here. I am a terrible customer, I never know exactly what I want. The gentlemen in here made it easy and the sandwich is great.

One time in December 2019 I came with my mom to downtown so we can meet my grandma at her office in the tunnel. We took the commuter bus down there so we needed a quick place to eat. Mom chose this place because it was conveniently located down in the tunnel. Me being a seafood person I ordered a tuna sub but the lady put ham or beef (I don't remember the meat) and mom found out about this before she put it in the oven and the employee and mom got into a argument in front of the people in the tunnel. We finally left and went to potbelly's instead. I am disappointed of this place and would not recommend this place to anyone who is coming down on the commuter bus because of the rude employee there. I am never returning here again!

This place is very sub-par for sandwiches. There aren't many veggies you can get and the meat is very low quality. I ordered the spicy turkey and it didn't have the veggies on it liked they claimed. Everything is overpriced. They charge 1.50 for a pickle! Lesson learned.. I'll go to better, locally owned places like zeros. So many to choose from. This one is a wasted lunch.
