Place is normally quick and efficient. Only giving it a 4 star review because about a week ago I ordered one tea for myself and had to wait for about 20 - 25 minutes because it was only one guy in the register and making the drinks at the same time.
There is a female who is always rude to customers with her attitude when anyone ask her a question as well.
The drinks are good but the customer service could improve a lot better

I love this place but giving it a low review for two reasons: 1. I accidentally ordered online from a place a few doors down which didn’t have boba. So I stopped in to Muse to just buy a cup of ice with boba. A kid working there said they can’t do that. I asked why. I’m told because people would buy their drink somewhere else and get the boba from them. I explained what happened and the answer was a firm no. Just charge for the boba! I can’t imagine people doing this regularly and if they do, make it profitable for yourself.
2. The next day I decide to order from Muse and I called around noon and I’m told the are making the boba so they don’t even have any yet. They open at 11 and have no boba ready at 12!
This place really needs to get it together!

I usually love getting my green tea fix from Muse, but I was really disappointed with my Uber order today. For a $9 drink with no ice, the portion size was shockingly small, I could probably finish it in three sips. If this is the standard portion, there should at least be a price adjustment. Unfortunately, this might be the last time I order a green tea matcha from here. Other places provide much better portions, even when filled slightly below the lid. Even my green tea portion without ice was reasonable from Muse.

Muse Tea is a solid spot for bubble tea. Drinks come out fresh and you can adjust the sweetness, which is a nice touch. The matcha drinks are especially good, smooth and not too heavy.
The space has a chill vibe with plenty of seating and Wi-Fi, so it’s easy to hang out for a bit. Staff are friendly and the portion sizes feel fair for the price.
Overall, a reliable place if you’re looking for good tea and a relaxed

There’s a lady of asian descent that’s a bit older in age that works here that’s very rude and unwelcoming. I came to study here and it was approaching 9:00 PM. She starts mopping the floors, cleaning the tables, and flipping the chairs on the tables all around me (which I understand). At this point, I’m under the impression that the store closes at 9:30 PM, and I’m the only person inside doing work on my laptop. Around 9:05 PM, I get notified by her that the store is closing soon, and I’m like sure okay, that’s in 25 minutes though. Around 9:10 PM, I hear her talking to another employee saying she is “waiting for me to leave” and I see her do more aggressive cleaning around where I’m sitting. I get notified by her once more that the store is closing soon a few minutes later. At this point, I’m already distracted and irritated. I hear her once again talking to an employee in the back around 9:17-9:18 PM about me still being there. This is extremely unprofessional, considering business hours state you guys close at 9:30 PM. I should technically be allowed to stay until 9:29 PM if I want to. Cleaning aggressively around me and making lots of noise, and notifying me 2-3 times about closing time is really annoying and rude. You can kindly notify me once at 9:20 PM, but this was excessive. Hearing that I’m being talked about in the kitchen was also very upsetting. I’m just a customer who wanted to support a local business and get some work done, and I was locked in on my task with the goal of finishing by 9:30 PM, but I was not able to do so because of this distraction.
I hope that you guys can do something about this, and allow your customers to stay until the time that is displayed in your business hours.

The drink are a bit expensive for my taste here. But the shop have a nice chill environment. The make the drink pretty fast and it is pretty tasty. It is a great meet up spot for the people who live around the area.
Yeah um idk how this place has so many high ratings. My coworkers and I wanted to try this place out I got the brûlée matcha milk tea and my coworker had the oolong milk tea. Both teas tasted strongly of perfume. I couldn’t taste anything else not even the matcha.

Great that the shaken fruit tea has real fruit chunks in it! Wasn't overly sweet which I appreciate, I dislike when boba shops put tons of sweetness in their drinks. The main complaint I have is the chairs, because oh my goodness are they some of the worst chairs I've ever sat in, they make a terrible noise when you try to scoot them back to get up, it makes it hard to get comfortable when I struggle to pull or push them from the table. Had working bathroom facilities which I appreciate.

Our family’s favorite Boba Tea Establishment! Muse Tea is an underrated standalone tea house that figured out how to have delicious drinks in a comfortable environment while offering a professional level of service. Any place can make delicious drinks, but few can setup operations in a way that makes you feel comfortable that the establishment is clean, safe, and of high quality. My wife and I swing by this place after most of our long walk along Terry Hershey Park nearby and we enjoy quick rehydration with the Shaken Fruit Tea (25% Sweet + Aloe Vera using Mango & Passion Fruit as flavors). We have come here so often, some of the staff know exactly what we are going to order the moment we step out of the car (looking at you Brittany - Thanks!). If you are looking for a nice place to hydrate, continue a date, socialize, or study for a bit on a laptop, Muse Tea is a perfect place to visit.
