I enjoy coming here for pool table and the people I get to meet there , however the customer service is quite a let down . Yesterday night I stopped by for a couple drinks and in the second one I swore I chewed on some plastic or glass ? They really got to be careful .

First time at this bar and the waitress was awesome. I love the banter back and forth. It wasn't just the same old hey let me serve you okay dry conversation. There was a lot of back and forth. The people there are amazing I love playing pool with everyone fun time

This place is a mess. The service is terrible—slow, rude, and unprofessional. The security is practically nonexistent, and it shows. There’s always some kind of fight going on, making it feel more like a brawl zone than a bar. The atmosphere is completely chaotic and unsafe.
It’s also a known spot for people openly selling drugs and smoking weed right out on the patio like it’s normal. It honestly feels more like a trap house than a legitimate bar. If you’re looking for a fun, safe night out, this is NOT the place. Avoid it unless you’re into drama and sketchy situations…

The bartender blonde works Wednesday night is a thief. My daughters juicy couture purse got taken and then they ended up handling it to her and it was open but $280 was missing. patrons started coming up to my daughter and saying you can frisk me. and started cussing at her and trying to fight her. refused to look at the cameras

i got robbed here the other night. the bartender was a complete drunk and so unprofessional. i didn’t get her name, blonde. Tried asking for camera footage or help and she kicked me out and let the people whom more than likely stole from me Stay. I was a pay customer and got treated horrible for something that could have been handled in a professional way.

Didn't stay long. Apparently no waitstaff. Upon entering the establishment to partake in some karaoke, was met at the door with a young girl playing pool sans panties. Skirt so short you could tell her religion. I am by no means not a prude, but where I come from, the dessert is not offered up at the door. Kinda tasteless. Sat at a hightop table for about 15 minutes with my wife, no waitstaff appeared so we left. Not a fan of constantly having to go to the bar to be served. If that be the case, I have a complete dj system at home and a full bar. Not what I envisioned from an upscale venue.
