Fries were delicious but burger was soggy.
MytiBurger is like stepping back in time to 1967. The vibe feels original and retro in the best way. The ordering system is fun (they give you a playing card and call it out when your food’s ready), and the staff are incredibly friendly, especially with their regulars, who they treat like family. The burgers and fries taste more like something you’d get at a backyard cookout than a modern gourmet spot, but that’s part of the charm. Not the best burger in Houston, but definitely worth a visit if you want nostalgia, a welcoming atmosphere, and a slice of Houston history.

Mytiburger is an authentic old school burger restaurant open since 1967. It’s definitely worth a visit for the excellent burgers, fries, and fried pickles or the great breakfast selection (try the hash brown patty too). I gave the “Atmosphere” five stars just because of the authenticity and the great vintage photos of Houston on the wall. Every time I’ve been there it’s been an excellent experience and the staff is super friendly.

Childhood favorite
Lived on the street behind Mytiburger and my family went weekly on Sundays. The food is still just as good 20ish years later. Shakes, chicken stripe & burgers are our staple!
1st let me say that I've heard rave reviews about this place & wish I could give them more than 1 star but I just cant due to the cheapest products ever being used. The fries crispy, but have no substance, feel hollow when you bite into them & no flavor even when salted.
The burger...I've literally had higher quality & better tasting beef at a theme park on an island in the middle of the ocean where beef has to be shipped in. Im not sure how but the beef tasted like it was old & freezer burned before it was even frozen. Maybe it was defrosted & refrozen? Either way, it has to be the lowest quality beef I've ever tasted anywhere. There were spots of meat with absolutely no seasoning then the next bite was nothing but salt.
I don't understand how people rant & rave about their burgers. I've had my 1 experience there & wont be back. I'd give 0 stars if I could just because of the quality, or lack thereof, of the ingredients.

I really like the old school diner feel and all the Houston history that’s posted. The food was mid and the burger was dry.

I grew up in this neighborhood mighty burger used to be really great. Is one of the worst places in the world now french fries aren’t the same onion rings are nowhere the same just terrible food now buildings falling in lights. Don’t work inside. Just need to shut it down and start over really bad to the historic neighborhood that I grew up in.
Mytiburger never disappoints! The burgers are fresh, flavorful, and made just right every time. Classic spot with great quality and friendly service — one of the best burger joints in Houston!

A little better quality meat and this place is ideal. Excellent atmosphere and authentic nostalgic destination since this place began in 1966. Those of us who were around then will recognize the style.

I accidentally forgot to request Mayo on my burger instead of mustard and when I kindly asked the gentleman Infront if I can switch it out he then told the cook. The cook rudely spoke out loud “How Do You Forget” . I’ve never experienced this with you guys and I was really excited to eat here for not being able to in awhile . I left immediately. We’re humans and people make mistakes. I was very kind from the moment I walked into this place b/c it’s my absolute favorite. I don’t think I’ll be going back for awhile. That cook was really rude and didn’t trust him making my food after the incident.
