Nancy Hustle is one of those spots you fall for fast. It’s tiny and tables are tough to snag, so book way in advance if you actually want to get in. My girl took me for my birthday and the place delivered big time. We kicked things off with the Nancy Cakes and butter, and I swear they should come with a warning label. Then the dumplings and mushrooms hit the table and I could’ve ordered a dozen more without blinking.
But the moment that sealed it was the steak. A 21 ounce ribeye with a sauce that basically makes you melt into your chair. If you’re into dim lighting, a cozy vibe, and food that makes you forget how much you’re spending, this is your spot. Romantic, rich, and absolutely worth the planning.

This was a nice surprise. Why I hadn’t heard about Nancy’s Hustle before, I have no idea. The food was great, the drinks were good. I liked it so much I went back a few weeks later with some friends.
If you want some great tasting food, then you won’t go wrong coming here.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but the host I dealt with tonight made it painfully clear that the standards at this restaurant have dropped. The attitude was so nasty, dismissive, and unprofessional that I honestly thought I had dialed the wrong number.
No customer should ever have to deal with someone this rude. There are too many great places in this city with staff who actually value their customers and treats people with basic courtesy for me to ever come back.
Management needs to take a serious look at who they have answering the phone, because this was beyond unacceptable. No restaurant that actually cares about its reputation would let someone with that level of hostility be the first point of contact. It reflects terribly on management and even worse on the training.

My husband and I were going to a comedy show in the East end, and wanted to grab dinner before we went. I found this place close by, right up the street actually from where the comedy show was.
This place is FANTASTIC!! Small menu, but everything we ate was excellent! We got the Nancy cakes, i got the butternut squash tortellini, my husband did the cheeseburger on the English muffin. Our drinks were very good, did not stiff us on the liquor that's for sure lol! When we come back to downtown or the East end I will absolutely be back. I forgot to mention that everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful, very friendly! Everything was A+. Sorry about my dark photos, it was dark and I didn't want to disturb everyone with my flash lol
