Such a unique & delicious sandwich. The pickled papaya is a game changer, the sandwich is light & balanced. I appreciate all the little details. like how even the top of the banh was toasted.
One of the best sandwiches out there! Don’t let the picture fool you—the portion is huge and packed with toppings. Definitely try the classic Cambodian; it’s absolutely chef’s kiss. The owner was kind enough and let me try some milky coconut pandan while waiting for my orders, and a member of their family even shared some beef chips with me. Will definitely come back!
Just finished the Classic Beef Sandwich and Braise Both Belly Sandwich. That was DELICIOUS! The sandwich size, the topping, and the meat worth $10 - $12 for a sandwich like this. Richy, tasty, and worthy are what best describes for the food plus the service. I have been having good food around Houston, but never really leave a good review on the Internet like this. I got to recommend this restaurant right after a first bite. Highly recommended! Best wishes to the business as well...
