Got here ordered via the screen after accepting payment. Only to get a 2nd text message after about 10mins of waiting that my order is cancelled with no explanation. Meanwhile my money have been deducted. This is just frustrating and a scam. I never come near here again and am from outside town
Really good food. Only complaint is that the beef and jollof rice had A LOT of rice and like two pieces of beef.

I was in Houston for a wedding with my husband a couple of weeks ago and was so excited to find a Nigerian restaurant close to our hotel—Nativeport did not disappoint! From our very first order, the experience was nothing short of amazing, and it stayed that way for the four days we kept going back.
The owner was professional, dedicated, and most importantly, can seriously cook! I fell in love with food all over again. Everything we tried was authentic and delicious. I even ordered extra food to take back home to California, and she kindly froze everything to make sure it would travel well on my flight.
P.S. My last meal before flying out? Fried rice, plantain, and peppered goat meat—perfection!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Native Pot, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, but what really stood out was the quality of the food. Every dish tasted incredibly fresh, as if the ingredients had just been picked that morning. The flavors were vibrant, and you could really tell the care that goes into preparing each meal.I ordered their signature dishes, and every bite was bursting with authenticity. The seasoning was spot-on, balanced yet bold, and the presentation made the food look as good as it tasted. It’s clear that Native Pot takes pride in using high-quality, fresh ingredients, and it makes a world of difference. Whether you’re a fan of traditional dishes or you’re trying something new, you’re in for a treat here. The service was excellent too, with staff who were knowledgeable and eager to make sure every guest had a great experience. I left feeling full and satisfied, already planning my next visit. If you appreciate fresh, flavorful food and a great dining atmosphere, Native Pot is the place to go!

Tasteful Nigerian dishes coupled with sublime customer service. Love visiting that place whenever in Houston!
Cool ambiance, neat and relaxing environment. Ate wheat and afang soup, it was well made and as good as anything I took back home if not better.
