There is one lady that was not listening carefully and I have gotten the wrong ice cream she is also new so please say you're ice cream named loud so the point you are yelling and raising your voice at them.

Sun night I ordered DoorDash and asked for extra so I called over. Lady who is working is more worried bout the extra dollar for small amount of mayo than my business, and . So she sent me half a cup of corn and half mayo. So much I thought it’s milk on the bottom.

The ladies were real nice but honestly they were way too slow. There was 2 ladies one of them helped me but my friend who also went with me had to wait a long time until my order was done. I felt bad for my friend who had to wait close to 10-15 mins. The other lady was just in the back idk what she was doing.

Just found out about this place compared to other places that I've been too this one seems cheaper and the lady who took our order was super fast and very nice amazing service and food I will definitely be coming again!

This used to be me And my familys favorite spot. But the last month or so…. these new young ladies… it’s never open on time anymore. I come an hour after opening and the frescas are not ready….no greeting or customer service skills. Sad because I love the everything they have.

I have ordered several times at home and they rarely send things well, they always send what they want, I do not recommend them at all.

Nasty nasty NASTY ! First I found a hair in my ice cream but today was my last straw. My husband was eating his mangonada when he found a fly in it, YES A FLY in the ice cream. Wouldn’t recommend seems like they don’t take sanitation very serious.

Everything is very delicious, you are going to love visiting this place, plus everyone who serves is very friendly.
