If you come get nachos, they barely put cheese on it and they charge more for extra. Also, the tostitos preparados are made very differently from any other place I've been to before. It has cabbage, cilantro!, cueritos, and no hot sauce, and hominy? Not my style. The ice creams taste fresh, but just beware if you have picky kids bc the first we ordered had mango pieces in it our toddler didn’t like, we asked for an alternative and were recommended vanilla or strawberry. Got a strawberry and it also had cut up pieces of fruit in it. Again, good taste, but not what we asked for. Mangonadas are 7.50, too expensive for it not being our taste. We got 2 small ice creams, one small nachos tray, and 1 tostitos preparados for about $19. Maybe its just different than what we're used to bc we prefer the more traditional Mexican style. Yall shoukd try La Monarca on S Post Oak and Willowbend.

So much variety. Sampled 5 different kinds of ice cream I couldn’t make up my mind. I ended up getting a banana split. The person helping us was so nice and pleasant. Took the time to translate the flavors. They Accept Apple Pay! Going back to try the snacks and paletas.

It’s a new place and they’re super friendly. We arrived around 8:45pm and they close at 9pm, they were always super friendly, and always were recommending you flavors to try.
They had different flavors that didn’t see in other places and they were pretty awesome!!
