I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am to have worked with you (Chef Pierre) again! I knew it, I absolutely knew it, no matter what the venue said or did I was going to find a way to have you be the caterer for our event. I don’t boast to know many things in life, but I know good food and a quality product. And you my friend definitely have the right stuff! Lots of people are impressed by presentation, which you certainly have down pack as well, but the taste and deliciousness of your dishes is unmatched by those on the venue’s preferred list without question. And on a personal note, I would have you for my own personal event(s). I hope you will accept this as a compliment as I come from a family and long line of great cooks. I truly appreciate you and the professionalism displayed and demonstrated by your staff. Our faculty and staff are still raving about the dinner you prepared and I believe I still have kids looking for empanadas, bruschetta and chicken skewers, lol. New Season Catering is top notch and you can fully expect any business I have to come your way in the near future. Until then, thanks again for being a significant contributor to another amazing event (Class of 2024 Prom)!

Working with Chef Pierre was amazing! He helped us serve 100+ at our Mother + Son banquet. The food was beautifully presented and delicious! I look forward to working with him again soon!

What a beautiful experience our group had at this wonderful establishment. The owner came and checked on us and was very professional. The staff was extremelyattentive, we didn't need to ask for anything. I would recommend them for formal dinners, Wedding showers, Rehearsal dinners, banquets funeral etc.. They will work with you and help you find your niche. Their food display and table design were simply beautiful and we can't wait to visit again so might just invite some friends to lunch just because!

New Season hosted the dinner after a family member's funeral, and I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. The table settings, the food presentation, and the care given to our guests was wonderful. The food was delicious and most of us went up for seconds!(Side note! MANY of us commented on how beautiful the women's restroom was! I always take notice of the quality of restrooms and toilet paper because it communicates that the owner CARES about his guests, and clearly this owner does! There's even a couch that would be comfortable for a nursing mother.)It's a great venue and I'd easily recommend it to others.

Really amazing service and beautiful venue. My great grandmother celebrated her 90th birthday here and it was amazing! Fantastic food as well!

Pierre just hosted a bridal party event for me last Friday. It was the best catering experience I've ever had-- in the history of ever! Thank you Pierre!!!

He handled all the details, did everything he said he would do for me (even fresh flower arrangements for the tables!). The food was fresh & fabulous & and generated rave reviews from all my guests; pecan chicken salad & bananas foster were excellent. Wine & champagne were also great choices that paired beautifully.
The venue is warm, clean & elegant -- including the ladies room!

Our servers, Laura & Nancy were incredibly attentive & gracious. They could not have done a single thing any better! Many thanks to you both.
