It was great and my daughter got to taste Lox - I enjoyed a Rueben (California actually) I would recommend and would come again ! They were out of raspberry lemonade when we went though.

Worst service I have seen in a long time. Wait was 1 hour after being seated. Then the waitress tells us the order didn't go through. When we get the menu (ourselves) to change the order she says it went through now and doesn't let us change anything.No service to actually say anything about the food. Lentil soup is tasteless. Better from a can. Lox way too salty. I normally like salty but this was a new level.Then presumably the manager comes and instead of saying sorry for the delay he says that it's our fault for coming on a Sunday and their patrons know better and don't come on Sundays. Why even address us if that's the response you are giving customers.I understand it's a small establishment and I like supporting small businesses but not when treated like this.

I placed an online order for some bagels and cream cheese. All amazing of course. I often make unorthodox requests in order to draw attention to my order. It works for not letting my online orders get lost in the shuffle. Well NY Bagel delivered big time. I asked for a drawing on the bag of a dinosaur eating a bagel. See below for the results. It's this kind of customer service and attention to detail that will keep me as a loyal customer!
