I got one pepperoni pizza was 20$ way overpriced won’t be back.

Two pep slices and a can drink was $8 .Pizza is divinoo 🤌 come for lunch or just come and eat. This pizza joint is the real deal

And so it goes with good places that end up in this location. They start off great and then order attention and quality start to diminish. There is a high demand for a quality pizza place, but consistency matters.

The last two orders I placed at beltway location were undercooked and not to order. The first time it happened I decided to wait a while before ordering again. Today I ordered 2 pepperonies, well done, light cheese, double cut. This is an order I frequently make and almost never deviate. They are all options clearly called out on their website and in store.

Both had tons of cheese and grease soaking through the boxes. Very doughy and undercooked and neither of them double cut at all. If I wanted a take and bake I'd find a papa Murphy's.

This was my favorite pizza place after I discovered it. Their pizza was very good in the beginning. Probably the best in the area. The gentlemen whom I believe is the owner is a super nice guy and is usually who takes our order but for both orders, he was not present.

I will not be returning. 39 dollars (plus tip) for 2 pepperonies, the least you can do is make them as requested. Nobody in the house could handle how doughy and grease saturated this pizza was. Between both orders, that's 78 (around 90 after tip) dollars of food that nobody enjoyed and some couldn't eat at all.

It's easy to mess up once, it happens. The same mess up separated by a month? You're not paying attention, not staffed appropriately, or just stopped caring. I can't say which one it is, but I am not willing to spend 39 more dollars to find out.

NY Grand Pizza is usually our go-to for pizza. We appreciate the flavors, how fresh and how quick it is - both for pick up or as delivery.

But today, I have to admit I’ll be taking a step back based on two observations.

1) I wanted to not feel so guilty about pizza for dinner, so we added a dinner salad to go with our pizza. And we added cucumbers for $1 more. When I went to pick up my pizza and salad, I asked them if they had made an error because of the size provided. And they claim they didn’t, but for $8, this makes no sense. And the extra $1 was for 6 slices of cucumber. Seriously?! And it’s one slice of cheese and 1 slice of meat?! C’mon now.

2) I noticed the prices in the store are significantly lower than online. So if I were to call in and make them push the buttons on their screen instead of me on mine, I would save my money. And example is the appetizer sampler - it’s $18 if I order it online, yet $16.30 in the store?! I’m now wondering how much more I’ve paid for my food when I should just have called them in.

1st time visit - cashier very friendly & great with recommendations off the menu.
Pizza by the slice is big (great for 1 person) & wings.
