The Pizza had old and yellow arugula. It was not fresh, which is a shame that they serve spoiled vegetables. But the Pizza had a good flavor otherwise.

I ordered a medium pizza, some fries, an order of Italian bread with 2 waters and a cheese cake and that's why it was $85.68. The pizza was very cold, the fries were cold, the Italian bread was old and cold, my 2 waters never arrived

Never received pizza via UberEats and was given the run around when tried to receive money back due to Uber having to contact them to process refund. Reported to back and was charged back. Never received food and is out of $60 due to negligence of company but can’t receive refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!!!!

Ordered from here about a week ago via Postmates. The delivery was taking far too long and so I went to call the restaurant. The number of the restaurant on Postmates was wrong. I googled their restaurant and it turned out the name of the restaurant on Postmates was wrong. On Postmates it’s called New York Slice Pizza and on Google it’s New York Pizza Express Houston. I only realized it was the same restaurant by matching the addresses. I tried to find a number for their restaurant on Google but there was no call back number. I clicked on their website but it was defunct. Then I looked on maps to get a visual and it looked sketchy. I eventually found their number written in the caption of a website link. I talked to a lady who told me the order was out for delivery (I called a little over an hour after I placed the order). Then I waited an additional two hours waiting for the delivery (I assumed the delivery person may have had multiple orders). I called the store back and the lady was surprised that I didn’t get my delivery. She spoke to the delivery person who said she delivered to my wife. I don’t have a wife. The lady said to send her the screen shots for proof of my order so that she could give me a refund. I never got my refund.
I ordered at 9:30 pm and by 12 am the lady told me she would not deliver the food. I didn’t get my money back either.
If I could give this restaurant less than one star I would do it.
Edit: I was talking to someone else who also left a one star review about this. I tried to find her comment but it isn’t showing up. Meaning, the restaurant is flagging and removing low rated reviews.
