Did not have a good experience here. Waiter was completely off with everything. Provided us dirty glasses for mimosa, gave us coke in carafe instead of mimosa and persisted that it was a mimosa even after questioning, two of our orders were incorrect, food came out cold fountain drinks flat. I can day that the Jazzy wings were good and so were the sweet potato tots. Granted our server was very new but it's not the our first bad experience here.
The food is amazing. The carrot souffle was excellent, stuffed bell peppers awesome, and the chargrilled oysters to die for!!! I will be a repeat customer.
Thought we would try out Houstons because New Orleans is so good. Same result. Great food. Service not like NOLA, but food made up for it. Also not as near as long a wait to get your table.
Long wait to be seated in an empty restaurant...mgr left staff with no direction. Food meh!
Nice Cajun Restaurant and Sports bar. Usual wait time to be seated but they do have a nice patio. It has a big monkey out front.
The food is always Amazing when I visit.
Went for a brunch and had the chicken and waffles Had to wait over an hr for my food The waffle was hard and the chicken taste like it had been fried in old grease. The strawberry mimosas were good
Came across Neyows Creole Cafe on Instagram! Was drawn immediately to pictures of the char-grilled oysters - they did not disappoint! Our server Sabrina G. was great she was very attentive, went over happy hour, brought sample sides since it was my firs time there and I was torn between a couple, confirmed order, evenly paced the meal, broke down the upcoming weekend brunch, gave suggestions of other food places to try since I’m new to HTX, and she also kept her mask on. The food was pretty good and I’ll definitely be back to try the drinks. Overall 7.5 out of 10.
I don’t usually give out Five Stars, but this place was amazing. The food is NOLA quality, everything we had was just delicious and our waitress Sabrina G was amazing she took very good care of us.
Services was good. We gotten there at 6:45pm this past Saturday and we had gotten our dinner until 10 minutes to 8pm. The food was kinda cold. My husband and I both order the grilled red fish I had New Orleans style macaroni with cornbread dressing and he had red beans and cornbread dressing. The fish was extra salty and dry out. The macaroni was the bomb, but the dressing were too loose. The fish did not taste like red fish at all. The ladies bathroom was a mess too. We spend nearly $100 for our dinner and wasn’t please at all. Hate giving bad reviews, but we need to give our opinion for you can do better for your customers. Please find a better cook too. We love keep supporting our black own business.

The food, drink and vine was amazing. Will definitely be going back
First time there, I enjoyed the pork chops, dressings, red beans & rice. Great servicer Sabrina G gets , 5 stars.....
The food was great and their customer service is amazing. Felt very welcomed when I came in. The hostess at the front was nice and so was our waitress Destiny. Food came out quickly we didn’t wait long at all. I will definitely come back here to eat when I come back to Houston.
The pasta on the bayou that you get from the original Neyows is completely different from the one here. I ordered some food to go and it was horrible. I could’ve cooked this my darn self. Management need to get this under order; Not to mention walking into the establishment with bounce music playing cussing while they had kids inside. The vibe from new orleans is completely different—fix it!!!
It isn’t what I expected. I understand N.O have its own style but I have never seen or had macaroni SOUP until coming here. The noodles that were used was fine until it came and literally looked like chicken noodle soup (without the chicken). I was even served a soup spoon. The worst part was unprofessionalism. I understand it’s getting close to the end of the shift but to sit a couple then come back and say they won’t be able to serve them then LAUGH about it once they leave when you had 55 minutes remaining is terrible. The strawberry lemonade was good , but that may be a first and last for me.
