I was excited to try out this place due to reading the good reviews. The menu items looked great, but I was unable to stay in the store long enough because of the strong scent from the cleaning agent. It gave me a massive headache It isn't safe to sit in these fumes.

Very very expensive boba tea especially for the quality and the area and a hole in the wall place but their prices are more expensive than the boba franchises like gong cha, feng cha, etc. They don’t have boba ready when open either. They should consider lowering their price to compete and get more customers. I’ve gone 3 times now to make sure I was being fair before writing this review.

Fast, polite service. However, worst boba I’ve never had, the pearls were so hard I could hardly bite through them and the cup wasn’t even full. All the reviews seemed great, hope this was a one-off.

Loved it! Banana matcha is ceremonial grade and super high quality! Strawberry matcha was sweet and lovely as well

Genuinely one of my favorite boba shops in the spring branch area. The Creme Brulee Vietnamese Coffee, Fruit Tea and Thai Green Milk Tea are the best! It's a little sad though that boba isn't ready any time before 12pm. Do not let that discourage you from visiting! I hope this can change because I love this place with all of my heart but I need that boba ready as soon as y'all open!
Took 40 minutes for one smoothie. The cashier lost me and another customers order somehow. Blamed it on having multiple call in orders. After waiting 30 minutes I reminded her she then said it will take another 10 minutes. I requested a refund. Even that was difficult.

Really good drinks and amazing service. Prices and quality of drinks is 10/10. Highly recommend adding the crème brûlée flavor to the Vietnamese Coffee with boba drink. It’s my new obsession!!
