This is one of my favorite tea spots because everything tastes so good, but I keep running into this one issue. There have been too many times that they don’t have boba ready. If I show up at noon, and they open at 10:30, I would expect everything to be ready. If it happened like once or twice because someone showed up late because of traffic, then that’s understandable, but it’s happened to me like 6 times. Service was good, was greeted as soon as we walked in, and our order was taken shortly afterwards. We ordered a house special viet coffee and a passion fruit tea with boba.
Both drinks are okay, they satisfied the craving, but still left something to be desired.
The coffee needed more coffee less condensed milk and the boba in the passion fruit tea didn't taste nice and fresh. Maybe like it had been made in the beginning of the day.

Got a lychee tea with half sugar and it was phenomenal! Not too sweet, the flavor was amazing, and it came with some real lychee (already peeled) in the drink. Wish I lived closer so I could come here every week.
Oh and the owner(?) or employee that opened yesterday has great taste in music!! The name of the place is super cute, my friend told me nha means house :)
